Updated 10/29/20: Now that the set has been covered through several all day rain storms, I wanted to edit my review. The cover that came with the set soaked through so that the underside of the cover was wet and DID NOT protect the cushions. We have since put a sheet of plastic over the set and then put the cover over that.Original review: This set is great! We love the grey and navy blue. The pillows and the fire table in pic did not come with it. The table in second pic does come with set. Table top is sturdy glass. Cushions are a little thicker (see pic) than another set (different brand) we also have. They do tend to fly off when you get up, but we will try Velcro. The cover is very sturdy and works well to keep rain out, but set has to be put in U shape to fit. Non issue, just a call out. My husband assembled set in a couple hours using his own tools. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. The one issue we had is that although there was initially only one tracking number provided, it came in 3 shipments on 3 different days. However, after receiving the first box, I emailed Best Choice customer service and received a very prompt reply and was given the other two tracking numbers. I feel they should provide complete info upfront, but was happy with their fast response.

It is a very nice set, but buyer beware! We are trying to return this purchase as my dad was the one who thought it would work for his needs. He is 72 years old, and can’t get up from the seat because it sits very low to the ground. Now we are fighting with the company to get it returned. They say, “Here’s a shipping label,” and it isn’t prepaid. Want to know how much it costs to return? $288 A BOX! Multiply that times 3 and you get $864 to pay in return shipping costs… when the set was only $699 and tax. I decided to order this set in spite of all the negative reviews. I figured since it will be under a covered patio and not really exposed to the elements, it would be a great set. First, I only received one box C box. I contacted FedEx and they have no other boxes. Tried to contact amazon on several occasions with no luck. I decided to open up the box, and it was an obvious return. The bottom of the pieces are all scratched up with dirt. The top part is all covered with red and blue marker/crayon marks. One of the pieces the cheap plastic faux wicker/rattan is coming apart. The under part of the seating area has absolutely no support but rather just twisted pieces of plastic going across no rods for support. Again this must be a return as no pieces go together and have some missing parts. Only 2 cushions were in the box.The quality is NOT great, very cheap plastic…VERY!!Cushions are cheap plastic…hard to explain more like a lining material covering.Trust me….DO NOT BUY this set…very very very cheap quality. Ok, so honest review from a real guy! These people saying 4hrs to build need to go back to shop class…SMDHGet your favorite drill or impact with a 10mm socket if you remember where you put it last. Find you an Allen bit for you drill that matches the Allen head bolts in the package. Don’t even open the stupid wrench that comes with the furniture. This took me two hours by myself while drinking beer and listening to music.If you are looking for a perfect, real wicker, top quality furniture for your patio… this is not it! It’s $700. You want real top quality patio furniture, go spend $3k! But, with that, it is decent for the price, and shipped really fast(two days earlier than expected) and was well packaged! I’m considering buying another one to add to it. This also came with the seat clips.

Wow, what a beautiful piece for the patio. The furniture is sturdy, the cushions have just the right firmness. You will need to fasten them down with some velcrow and rug pad. I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews but this piece just transformed my whole space. The assembly was horrible. You will definitely need some power tools or you will be putting it together for hours. I did not put together the table it came with due to I already had the fire table. I couldn’t believe the set came with a cover so I will be using that for the winter months. Overall, I am pleased with the set so far.

After shopping at all the local places for an outdoor sofa and finding nothing we liked (or cared to pay the ridiculous prices for), we took the chance on this one. I have to say that putting it all together took a little time but the packaging was first class and very well thought out. It came in 2 big boxes and every part was fit perfectly to maximize space usage and ensure security of contents.Another big plus was the additional hardware. They actually put spares in for the various assemblies so if you dropped a bolt or nut that went totally missing, no worries, you have extra!! Kudos to Best Choice Products for that!To help with assembly, make sure you have a socket wrench or you might as well double the amount of time it will take.I also ordered the clips to keep the pieces from sliding apart, they arrive today. We plan on adding the velcro, as others have noted, to keep the cushions in place.All in all, this sofa is very comfortable, heavy duty, and just looks awesome. I don’t normally write reviews, BUT I feel like I needed to b/c I almost didn’t buy this after reading the bad reviews. Well, we LOVE this set, SO happy that I didn’t listen to the bad reviews!? It looks perfect on our outdoor, screened patio…the aqua color is awesome and goes well with our coastal theme! Someone mentioned that they didn’t like it b/c it was “fake” wicker – well, I am SO happy that it not the “real” wooden wicker, which to me is extremely uncomfortable and pokes you!? This is a plastic “wicker,” which seems SO much better for outdoor use and is a lot more comfortable & looks a lot more modern than the wooden wicker.There are some cons/issues…it was somewhat difficult to put together. Also, the cushions don’t stay in place well, BUT we fixed the issue by putting the anti-slip padding for rugs underneath the seat cushions. Still working on how to keep back cushions in place, But really do love this furniture set!

I love everything about this patio cushion set. I haven’t had any issues with the pillows falling off or sliding everywhere yet, but we are just sitting and I don’t have young kids. I have teenagers who just sit and relax. Something that may help with cushions sliding are velcro straps, since I have seen other reviews complaining about this. Just food for thought. I bought this just in time for a birthday party and I have been getting tons of compliments on it. I do have one complaint … I already knew I wasn’t going to use the table that comes with it because I have my fireplace table I absolutely love, but the little table is awfully small and we use it for a little side table between two chairs by the pool bc of how low and small it is. Also, the glass for the top of the table is only held down by four little suction cups. Becareful when moving bc if it ever comes off the suction cups it will slide right off. I included a picture for example of how we used the little table. If your looking for a cushion set with a bigger table, this is def not the one for you. I didn’t buy for the table only the seats to go around my bigger table I already had. The little table was a bonus for my chairs by the pool! So, for my reasoning I gave a 5 star rating. They arrived earlier than expected and it wasn’t hard to set up at all, but then again I had two teenagers and my husband helping. I absolutely am happy with my purchase. Oh, one more thing, the cover, I haven’t used yet bc I have under my gazebo and the curtains cover it completely when not in use, but the seats have to be set up in a specific way to use the cover it comes with.

Love this! Received it in 2 days. Took hubby about 2 1/2 hours to put together and he’s pretty handy. We did purchase the clips after reading reviews and I recommend them. The night after putting it together we sat on it listening to our favorite tunes with lights on the deck and small fire going. Love that the sections are lightweight and easy to move around. We are over 6 feet tall and we can both stretch out without disturbing each other. We looked at several on Amazon and chose this sectional based on reviews. Highly recommend!

The patio furniture looks great and the cushions are nice. But I just about lost my mind assembling it. The instructions estimated 90 minutes for assembly – it took me 4 HOURS!!! My paws just couldn’t manipulate the screws, washers and nuts. Luckily I had a screw kit for my drill and actually used the wrench that was included. Overall it’s a nice set but be prepared!

I’ve answered a couple of individual questions for this product that I decided to post an actual review. :)The quick answer is, I love this sectional. My family loves it and our friends love it. We’ve had it for two months now and have already spent much of the summer outdoors.A few quick things…the cushions are fantastic! We’re in the mountains so we have lots of birds… Any aerial bombs come right off and they’re easy to brush clean.If you purchase, remember to buy the clips to hold the individual chairs together. Because it’s made of wicker, the chairs are very light and move around a lot when sitting down or getting up. A safety hazard without the clips for sure!The cushions fade slightly in direct sun but they dry quickly after a rain.My only dislike is the absence of arm rests on the end pieces. The cushions slide around a lot without the arm rests to hold them in place. However, it would not dissuade me from buying this product again.It’s sturdy and durable and has held up so far with much use from our boisterous family of six.Come winter, we’ll stow it away to save it from our usual 4+ feet of snow. Because it’s so light I could easily do this on my own without the hubs help in 15 minutes or less…It’s easy to move even with each piece clipped together but hasn’t budged an inch with some of our 25+ mph wind gusts.The comfy factor should be noted. We’ve sat for about four hours at one time and although not “sink in plushy” it wasn’t uncomfortable to stand up afterward. I would recommend buying some throw pillows for guests to use behind their backs.Okay…I’ve tried to think of everything. Hope this helps in your purchasing decisions.

I purchased two of these sets to replace my deck seating. The sets are shipped in three boxes per set. One thing to be aware of is that the sets of boxes may get separated in the shipping process. The first delivery was only 4 boxes of the 6 total. I was concerned, as there was only one tracking number for the entire shipment which was marked “delivered”. I contacted the seller and received a reply in less than 24 hours with very specific tracking numbers for each box. The last two boxes arrived today as promised. I am really impressed with the customer service from Best Choice Products—quick, accurate, personable. The sectional is just as I expected. It was quite easy to assemble, as the parts consist of long bolts, short bolts, nuts and washers. I highly recommend using a power drill with a hex head bit to speed up the process. Do not be alarmed at how short the pieces look when you are assembling them. When you add the cushions, the size is really nice; even for my tall children that are 6’ and taller. The cushions are good quality. The material that the covers are made of is a little bit slick, but really water repellent and dries quickly. I am still working on my final arrangement of the pieces, and I love this purchase.

This is a great product for the price. We ordered in dark brown wicker and tan cushions. The unit arrived in three large boxes. To assemble and move you will need two people. The cushions need time to puff up after unwrapping, but are comfortable to sit on. Once we figured out the best way to screw in the bolts, assembly went faster. There are a number of ways to arrange the seats and we love the option of choices. We like the clips that attach the chairs to one another. The glass top for the table is a nice touch. We are also happy to see it arrived with a cover for weather protection. We are very happy with the product and know it’ll be used well and enjoyed.

This sectional has become our favorite outdoor sitting area, it wasn’t too difficult to assemble either. Everything looks well made, we did try waterproofing the cushions but found on heavy downpours they still become a giant sponge. We purchased an outdoor cover and all is good now.

Awesome patio set for the price. The cushions are thick enough and very comfortable. I was concerned that the back may be too low but so far this has not been and issue for me or my husband (6’0”). It took awhile to put together and if you have your own Allen wrench it will go faster…..but I expected this given the other reviews. The ONLY negative thing I can say is that the product is shipped in 3 different boxes and they all have 1 tracking number. 1 box was shipped and the other two were not and I felt like I was hanging in limbo. When I tried to look when they would be delivered it said they were because 1 box was. This made me nervous in the event something happened to the other 2 boxes. They did end up being delivered 2 business days later. All is good, but if there would have been a problem it would have been a BIG problem.

My wife didn’t want to purchase these because of a couple bad reviews. Every product has a some because you cannot please some people. All of our furniture arrived within 4 days of ordering it. Assembly was long but easy. Hopefully you have a cordless impact or drill and a socket set, of not its going to take forever to assemble. My wife was concerned about the height ( because of a review she read). As I was putting things together I also became concerned because it does look like furniture for a 5 yr old. After everything was assembled and cushions are on it is a perfect height. Cushions do blow around on windy days but we are gonna try to use some velcro tape to fix that problem. The cover that comes with it is nice but only fits if it is in a U shape. We bought a cover on Amazon to fit our L shaped layout and it works perfectly. This sectional looks great on our brand new deck and it’s extremely comfortable. For the money you can not beat it!

Other than than the color, there is nothing that we liked about this set. We only received 2 of the 3 boxes. Those two boxes were delivered weeks apart. Neither of the boxes had hardware to assemble the pieces that we received. Best Choice Products has the worst customer service. For every inquiry I made, they opened a new ticket and closed the prior one in order for their metrics to look good, that they were closing out tickets in a timely process. It has been almost one month since my initial inquiry, and still no resolution. They don’t have partial inventory on hand, so they cannot send the last box. In order to receive a full replacement or refund we need to send the two boxes back to BCP. Or they will offer a 15% discount for the items that we have, which we cannot assemble since there is no hardware. Also, you cannot speak with a real person, because they are not taking any calls. I’m surprised Amazon does business with this company since Amazon is all about customer service. Anyway, don’t make any purchases from BCP.

We needed outdoor furniture that had flexible arrangement and waterproof to fit our deck. Our 20 year old son assembled this in less than 2 hours and it was good to go. We didn’t use the brackets to hold it in place and it’s stayed in well, even in high winds. The fabric is a bit slippery, which doesn’t cause an issue when sitting, but the pillows will slip off the back onto the seat cushions. The cover works great when you know a big storm is coming. We wedged ours against the deck rail to keep it from flying off, but I’m not sure how secure it would be on its own in windy weather. Overall, we are very happy with the look and function of this piece for the price.

We love the set! Read lots of reviews before getting it. Came with 2 small pillows for decor, also came with the clips to keep all chairs together. After clipping all the chairs, cushions are more secure and don’t move around as much as other people complained about cushions moving too much. It also came with a protective cover which comes in handy for us. Don’t have a proper picture to post unfortunately. Tips: use a drill to put the pieces together, I finished in less than an hour to put everything together. Also, the legs are a bit loose, I would suggest to tighten those a bit. Organize all the letters A-H as lots of parts (seats), helped a lot and not scrambling around looking for the right letter.

We shopped around for months looking for a patio set of this size, but most were $1,800 or more. I was skeptical at first but for the price I figured it was worth a gamble. We ordered this set and received it in two days, which was two days earlier than expected! It was delivered in 3 separate boxes that were easy to move to our back patio. It took my wife and I an hour and a half to assemble, including unboxing, staging the parts, and configuring the furniture how we liked it. (That was also with me using a ratcheting box wrench and a Alan socket on a ratchet instead of the supplied tools, would probably take longer using the supplied tools) the quality and sturdiness were better than I expected and it was super easy to put together. It’s definitely not the most comfortable set out there, but it’s honestly not bad, it’s not uncomfortable either. It also came with a cover that’s pretty nice and convenient to help protect it from the weather. I haven’t had much seat time yet on them but so far so good! I’ll update in a few months and let y’all know how they’re holding up.

I LOVE this furniture. I wanted a patio set just like this last year and it was either out of stock or the quality was just not there. The set arrived in 2 day from California…nothing was damaged….assembly was easy, just use a drill with the correct wrench and it goes much easier than trying to tighten bolts by hand. I have not assembled the table yet, I ran out of nuts so I may need to go buy more. The set fit perfectly in the corner of my covered porch. I highly recommend this product and Best Choice Products.Can I get a discount if I order another set, less the table?

Easy to assemble, I love that it’s modular. Makes enjoying the cool evenings so much better. Bought a fire pit (also from Amazon) and used that instead of the table included in the set. My only complaint is that the seat cushions slide around so easily. I’m going to try some of the other posters suggestions to keep them in place. But other than that, definitely a great purchase.

The set is very nice. I thought a bottom piece of cushion was missing. Contacted the customer service and got response from them within 12 hrs. And turn out the missing cushion went under the deck during the assemble. Got wet couples time already after I received the set, cushions were dry in 2 days. I haven’t try the cover yet. So a nice set for $800.

Put an order in about a month ago for the furniture, we received the packages minus one box which contained all the major pieces for installation. We immediately contacted them regarding the issue and they had a brand new replacement order in for us within 24 hours. All the pieces we needed and then some. I don’t normally write reviews but because there are some negative ones that had me worried, I wanted to share my positive experience, at least with delivery, assembly and quality before use, I’ll have to use it a bit to see how it holds up.Product arrived well packaged and no missing parts. I assembled it alone in under two hours. I used and electric screwdriver and pliers which made it all quick and painless. No visible damage and seems quite sturdy. Cushions do slide around due to the material that is meant to be waterproof.Time will tell how this holds up in the south Florida heat, but I have it under a covered patio with only morning and afternoon sun at an angle so hoping wont have any or minimal fading, will update review if needed.If this is within your budget and you want a good amount of seating, I’d recommend it. Note fabric isn’t soft and plush and more of an outdoor resistant fabric. I couldn’t afford big name furniture store prices and am quite happy with this set and it fit my budget!

A great furniture buy! We looked EVERYWHERE for patio furniture. We were willing to spend quite a bit more for a quality set, but had trouble finding something we liked at Lowe’s, Crate and Barrel, etc. Read the reviews and decided to take a chance on this set. We are very happy we did! The set is perfect for our family, was easy to put together and looks really good!- The set arrives in two large, heavy boxes. Ours were well packed with no damage.- Putting it together is really easy: – Take everything out of the boxes and organize the pieces by design. There are only a few different types of pieces, so it’s easy to understand what to do when you’re organized. It’s kind of overwhelming if you’re hunting piece by piece as you build. Toss out all of the trash right away for a clean work space. It filled up our recycle bin twice. The unwrapping process took a good 30 minutes. – The instructions areeasy to follow, and there are only two types of screws. We opened all of the screws and put them in two different bowls to make it easy to find what we needed quickly. – Start with the table so you get a feel for how to assemble the pieces; it’s the easiest. Then do the 4 regular chairs. Finish with the two arm chairs. – We didn’t like the tools provided, so used a larger wrench and a hex key. It made the process a bit faster. – Be prepared to spend 3-4 hours putting the set together. Each piece is easy to assemble, just a lot of twisting of screws. It’s more monotonous than anything. I put on a show while the kids were in bed and the husband and I assembled throughout an entire evening. – When you assemble each item, put each piece into place without screwing very tightly. Without these clips, the kids kept pushing the chairs apart. It took about 5 minutes to add the clips and the chairs haven’t moved since.- We decided not to add velcro to the pillows, but the upper pillows occasionally fall down when the kids jump on the sectional.- It’s rained lightly a few times since we purchased the set, and the cushions look perfect the next day. We’ll probably bring them inside if there is a heavy storm, but the cushions appear to hold up well to moisture.- The set comes with two red accent pillows. The color is really bold, so you’ll need a thick pillow cover if you opt for something else. We found a good deal on pillows at Steinmart.com and used those instead.- We found almost perfectly coordinating side tables/storage bins at Target. Lowe’s also had some good options.- The table is really low. We’ve used it for wine/cheese evenings on the patio, but it failed to work for eating a meal.Enjoy!!

I bought this set after reading many of the positive reviews and I was having no luck finding something similar for a decent price. In 2018, it comes in 3 huge boxes, although the Fed Ex guy had no problem moving them on his own. Some of the previous reviews confuse me, as this set comes almost totally put together, all you have to do is attach ‘feet’ on each chair and the table. It took me all of about 10 minutes to attach the four feet on the table, using the 2 tools supplied. I had no issues attaching these, I have no idea why anyone would need power tools or anything special, as it only takes a few turns to tighten the bolts. Other than that, everything was packed great, its a simple design and the pieces all fit nicely in the boxes. I do not feel the set looks cheap, the brown rattan actually matches up great with a couple swivel chairs I bought 2 years ago. The cheap look is definitely in the feet, they have these silly metallic colored bands, don’t know why they didn’t just leave them black! The set is very low, at first I thought it must be a joke, but when I put the cushions on, and once the feet are on, I don’t think I will notice at all. Of course I’m only 5 ft, so I may be biased on the height. I have it in an L shape, so I have 2 places in which I can comfortably stretch out for a nap.The cushions are very thick and firm, I like them. I will have to plan on a way to attach them as I can see they will be moving around. The only bad thing I have to say is that I was never offered the option of buying clips during checkout, I will have to see if I can find those. I sent an email to the company about that, but the answer I received had nothing to do with my question.

I built a new deck so needed some nice furniture. Found this set on Amazon and it was reasonably priced. Both Home Depot and Lowe’s were much more expensive for an outdoor sectional. The cushions do slide a bit so you will need to buy some strong Velcro to hold them in place. It arrived in three large boxes and assembly of the unit was minimal. Just screwed and some legs and voila.

I read a bunch of reviews before I purchased, here’s how I would address all of them based on my experience. Full disclosure I just got it today so I can’t speak to durability yet. I received all 3 boxes together. No issues with that at all. All the pieces were there with easy to follow list of items. The assembly was very easy, my husband and I put it together in about an hour and a half. It feels very sturdy. Inside of the cushions are a pillow filled with batting, the seat cushions are a foam pad, also enclosed in a separate case. They are not super firm, but not at all uncomfortable. Assembly is just bolts,washers,screws. I would recommend an impact drill to tighten. I would also recommend getting washers that have a slightly larger outer diameter, we didn’t but it is a little easy for the washer to pull through if you are not being careful. The cushions are a somewhat slick polyester but also not really a problem in the seats cushions and the other cushions are fine if you don’t mind setting a cushion upright now and then. I really like this set, the colors are true to the image and for the price it’s a very good buy.

The product was exactly what I expected for what I paid. After doing extensive research on this product and other similar products I chose this one mainly for the quality of the cushions. Mind you these are NOT top of the line but simply better than what other brands had. Otherwise I felt like the wicker part was identical to at least 2 other brands. $2,700 wicker sets from big box stores are no different in quality of wicker or construction to my visual testing. I ordered Scotchgard, Patio Watcher cover, Velcro and the Art To Real clamps knowing that these are issues that need to be addressed. Water proofing, protection from the elements, and chairs and cushions that move. With the right expectation you can have a great deck set that should last you at least a couple years.There was one defect that I found. (pictured) I am not reducing the number of stars given because I’ve not given the seller a chance to do anything about it. It was not significant and therefore I decided to let it alone.Happy for extended outdoor space and seating. Looking forward to many evenings making use of this furniture.

Assembling wasn’t not as bad it took me about 3 hrs or so. Taking my time and stopping in between a few minutes. The hardware is the most time consuming in areas difficult to get the drill. Drill was my preference Because the tools it came with can be tiring on hands otherwise. The pillows do not slip and slide like many reviews say. At least not on their own they stay pretty sturdy. The only concern is the glass table. The suction cups do not suction very well and therefore the glass moves easily. Other than that. Really loving this so far. Only bought a week ago.

Amazing quality for the price. I was looking at $2,000 to $3,000 sectionals at all the nearby furniture stores and decided to check with Amazon since they were so expensive. Only thing that I didn’t like about it was the tools they included in the box weren’t that good, but I had my own tools that made things easier and faster. There’s a lot of small nooks and cranies that need to be screwed in, so it takes a while to put everything together.

I was looking for a patio set that was more on the sturdy side. This set was one of the few sets I could find with a per seat weight capacity of over 250 lbs(Its capacity is 360 lbs). This set is very sturdy and looks great in my patio. The assembly had good instructions but found the corner pieces difficult to tighten some of the bolts(they were in an awkward place).The cushions and pillows are comfortable, I do find the back to be a little low(I am very tall 6’7″), but still very comfortable. This set is fully modular and can be arranged in any way that you would like, which is great. The only downside is that the cover that comes with it only fits the set when it is arranged in 1 specific way(It is 1 large cover not individual pieces. As with most wicker furniture, the cushions do move around a bunch, so I put some friction mats under the cushions to help with that. All in all, I give this set a 5 out of 5 for value and sturdiness.

Like some, I panicked when my order came. Received 2 of 3 boxes and was convinced that I was going to be in trouble. Contacted the company who responded right away with another tracking number for the 3rd box. It arrived 2 days later (not sure why the boxes were split up but they were big so maybe didn’t fit??) Assembly was tedious and would have gone smoother with better nuts but I plowed through. Happy I did because we love the convenience of moving each piece around to make different layouts. My daughter turns it into a tanning bed during the day and I change it back to a conversation layout for evenings.
