Bought these lights less than 3 months ago. One burnt out already and i contacted them to get a replacement, mind you i only wanted one to replace the bad one. They questioned if i checked the wiring etc, which i did. After i informed them again that i checked them thoroughly and its simply burnt out they stopped replying and just ignored me. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AT ALL AND IT ONLY LASTED LESS THAN 3 months. I ordered a new set from another supplier. Very dissatisfied!!

Did some research on these LEDS for my 2014 Impreza. I commute about 40 minutes to work each day in before sunrise and my route is 4 lane highway thru deer territory along with other wildlife. I was extremely pleased with the change these LED’s made. High beams are not required to illuminate the road quite a ways out. And the light is clear and crisp. The oncoming drivers are not complaining too much from what I can tell. This is a result of properly aligning the lamp in the headlight assembly as the directions describe. It did require some fine tuning to get them properly adjusted but it really is necessary to have the lamps aligned for the reflector to do it’s job properly. I installed these about a month ago and they are holding up fine and hopefully continue to do so. A serious high recommendation for these lamps.

I bought these Fahren H11 LED headlight bulbs to help me see better at night. I have trouble seeing at night and my Honda Pilot halogen lights were just not bright enough for me. I put a pair of these LEDs on it and it made a very big improvement in lighting up the road for me at night. I am so happy that I put these on my 2007 Honda Pilot as I can see the road much better at night now. Hopefully, these lights will last a good long time but only time will tell.

It’s not an easy install for any bulb in A 2017 F150 with standard halogen headlights. Definitely needed the low profile bulbs to be able to fit the rubber dust cover back over the headlight back case. Luckily there’s just enough room to jam in the wires and electronics in the headlight body. I just installed and did a test drive and the brightness is incredible. Hopefully they last a long time.

Order shipped fast, I installed one set two months ago in my explorer and decided to do the2014 fusion next. Ordered two sets for low beam and fog lights, all H11 bulbs. Install was not easy on this vehicle as we all know, not the LED bulbs fault, once everything was removed the LED bulbs install was easy peasy. I didn’t have to readjust anything, perfect fit, works fine, make sure you check polarity beforw you zip everything back together. Check the lights prior to full completion. It’s day time but I can already tell these will be better than stock.

This color, plus the additional brightness, provides much better vision at night. I was pleasantly surprised by two things: 1) street signs are easier to read, since oncoming drivers are not flashing at me I believe this is caused by “bounce” of the beam off the road. Whatever is doing it, a vast improvement! 1) I have a broader pattern of useful light, as well as more straight ahead. This makes spotting the odd “suicide cat” or other animal easier. Improved safety while driving through the neighborhood. The second item is really important to me. There are a lot of kids in my neighborhood and with spring arriving they are already out playing in the yards. These lights will aid in spotting them earlier. Drive responsibly in neighborhoods – you don’t need to hurry, your destination is close.

I bought these same LED bulbs for my wifes Camry. They seemed to work great so I bought them for my 2017 Ram 1500 as well. Only been in a week but so far, No flickering, super bright, and easy to install. Here is a pic of the LED on the left and a “Phillip’s Clear Vision” halogen on the right. Just crazy how bright they are. The little driver boxes just double-sided taped into the housing out of the way and it all sealed back up great. Cant wait to see the longevity of these.

It was a booger getting these installed. I think the hardest part was getting the RAM light housings out. To be fair, I cant really knock Fahren for that but one thing I was a little concerned about was the difficulty getting the plastic caps back onto the back of the housings. I think the fans protruding back a bit made it tricky but I did get them on.I was able to stuff the excess wire and chip housing into the headlight assembly so no drilling the caps to allow it to dangle out.Seems worth it! Lights are brighter. Mine are NOT projector types.I may need to adjust the aim of the housing a smidge, as I feel like the light reaches higher. Feels like I’m shining into people’s windshields. I think this could be because I have to completely unbolt the housing and then bolt it back on when finished, which probably affects the original aim.I did install these (low beam for RAM) where the LEDs point horizontal, as this seems natural for the non-projector style housings. I also purchased 9005s for RAM high beams. Due to the pattern of THOSE housing slots, I installed with LEDs pointing vertically.Just drove around the block to test at night as of this review. Seemed to work alright. Time will tell!2 day UPDATE: the lights are awesome, I love them. I even got to try them on a raining night and they work well. They put out a nice, clean beam of white light that really brings out a different level of detail than halogen. It might take somebgetting used to for those whobhave never had a headlight temp above factory halogen level. One thing I’ll note with my leveled truck is that; despite having aimed my housings where I think they where originally aimed (really couldn’t go much lower), I am still beaming into windshields of particularly smaller vehicles. I don’t think it was as noticeable with halogen lights before but I can definitely see the light hitting their windshield now and know it is mine. Shouldn’t be a big deal because these don’t seem to burn your retinas like some older HID or LED kits. Idk, just a little continuous about it. I have had to re-aim the housings in the past when I leveled the truck to begin with so this is not a new thing to me.

Bulb change on a 2014 GMC Terrain SLT.Was a nightmare to remove the light fixture. I strongly recommend watching the video on YouTube befor you start. Depending which aftermarket Bulb you use if the part is longer that the bulb your replacing the cover that protects the bulb from the weather will not fit back in place. I didn’t replace the cover. Hope this doesn’t come back and bite me in the posterior..Now about the performance of the bulb, I selected the low beam bulb to change and to personally compare the difference I left the passenger side OEM bulb in place to compare the two, Night and day in terms of brightness. Moved to the passenger side which I have to be honest went much faster by far procedure wise, now it’s dark oh by the way I have opt to not run the lights during the day light hours for this period to see if this will have an effect on the longevity of these bulbs. Now it’s very important that you place the bulb into the fixture so the diode panels are facing 3:00 and 9:00 position wise. Unless you want your beam to project into the tree tops.. Good for spotting those pesky squirrels that sit on limbs and throw stuff at you as you pass under them. These bulbs are very bright and a real benefit for those that night driving isn’t pleasant vision wise these bulbs will cure that you can now see much farther ahead of you and the side to side is greatly improved, the high beams and fog lights are next to get the up grade. Overall these bulbs performance wise get my

Rating. Level of difficulty installing on this particular make and model of vehicle was very challenging at first. But once you’ve done it once the second time isn’t so frustrating. Now my personal tip is replace the high beam low beam and fog bulbs at the same time on this model which I believe is the same as the Tahoe and the smaller Chevy models. Oh and one more tip pick a nice cool day to perform this task. I did this on the hottest day here in October 96*. But I had already disassembled the driver-side And was watching the progress of the Amazon delivery thru their app and when he was coming up our street met him at the curb. Great app.

I purchased the Fahren H11 LED and 9005 LED bulbs to install in my 2015 Silverado 1500. Not a 5 minute install but doable. Gives great light. The H11 low beams are almost bright enough that high beams aren’t really needed. But the 9005 high beams really light up the ditches/barrow pits which really help with wildlife crossing the road. The deer and antelope in Montana/Idaho/Wyoming/Western States can be a real hazard. These LED lights really pick out the critters at distance. I’d purchase Fahren LED bulbs again.

These headlights were great when installed. 10 months later, both headlights are dead. The LED chip on one of the headlights appears to have cracked or burned out in some way and the other just doesn’t turn on any longer. They’re sealed in a 2012 Toyota Sienna with no water infiltration or anything. I contacted the seller about a warranty replacement but, three weeks later, no response. I have another brand of LED headlights in my Toyota Camry, which are still running strong after four years.Update: Seller finally contacted me and claims that they will resolve the problem, so I’ve updated my rating accordingly.

Wow. I ordered these after being totally dissatisfied with the brightness of beamtech H11’s. Very skeptical of led headlight reviews. These Fahren H11’s are indeed as advertised. I can’t express how amazing the light output and throw distance is on theses. The beam pattern is really clean once adjusted properly. The fans are not really noticeable unless the lights are on with the engine off. The adjustment capability for the led vertical position is awesome. I would definitely recommend that anyone installing these makes sure they insert and lock into place in the way that is most convenient for cable management and securing the external driver, then adjust the led ballast to the vertical position.Just amazing. I hope that the longevity is as good as the light output and beam pattern. Great buy. Don’t bother with anything else, especially the ones with lower watts, and no fans. They just won’t give you the same light output. Beamtech claims 8000 lumens, 4,000 per light, but they aren’t as bright as the halogens. These blow away the beamtech and the stock halogens, I just love them so far.

Wow, so easy to install. It’s my first time replacing the headlights myself and it took like 10 minutes, most of the time was spent just trying to figure out how to take out the old ones. The second thing I’m impressed with is the fact that I don’t hear it. The last led headlights I had were really loud. When you turn off the engine, you just hear this sound. The manufacturer (different company than this one) said it was normal due to the bulb having a fan. But this one is quiet, and I vaguely remember reading it also has a fan. So I’m very happy about this.It does seem very bright, I’m sure that will come in handy. The throw of the light seems to extend very far. I’m actually kind of concerned if it’s too much for oncoming traffic. I know I hate it when bright white lights from other cars shine into my eyes, maybe I need something less bright and save these for trips to more rural places….By the way, I did freak out for a moment because the side where the last one was out did not turn on after replacement. Turns out I just needed to flip the plug, which is also printed on the sticker on the cord, I just forgot.

These bulbs installed exactly as expected (taking the space of a Van, where a compact was once parked). The included adhesive pads don’t seem durable enough (unbranded double-sided foam tape), but the zip ties were appreciated. To cut down on glare on one bulb I’d installed yellow gel film. Can you tell which side? Hint: It’s the passengers. In the pic of the driver’s side, there is significantly more glare. This is undesirable, but livable for the price.I suspect the CRI of these bulbs are pretty bad, but are tolerable with proper alignment.High value, would probably buy again.

Great lights, made insane difference on my 2014 Toyota Prius C (fit perfectly) and is so much safer than the halogens due to this car being so low to the ground and having other cars’ lights at eye level blaring into the car. What I wish I had REALIZED was that the wattage is for the pair, and it’s half the advertised wattage for each individual bulb. I didn’t realize this until I went to buy another set for my sister’s car (because I knew they were good) and was reading further in the description to find this information. Mine are 10k lumens @60W/pair but I bought the same brand but 18k lumens @100W/pair for my sister’s 2013 Nissan Quest. Both cars required the same bulbs (H11, 55W), but my sister’s do appear slightly brighter, but also a touch bluer. Only like a $10-$15 difference. My current bulbs are amazing though as is so I won’t be changing them just yet. I was going to take off 1 star for this but then realized that it’s really the buyer’s responsibility to read the description better. But hopefully this’ll help someone.

I wanted to upgrade my 2017 Tahoe from the dull yellow stock Halogens to something looking more like OEM HIDs without the hassle of a conversion kit. These LED were for my headlights, and I was worried before purchasing that they would be too bright causing trouble for oncoming traffic. I have to say these are PERFECT. I’m very pleased. Nice white light, much brighter than stock, but not too bright. They also project exactly where the old bulbs projected, with a nice cut off line. I couldn’t believe how well I could see with them last night. Can’t say much about longevity, but will update the review after using for a while. Only issue was it took some effort to twist them into the sockets. For now, excellent purchase!

I bought these because I am spoiled, after using LED bulbs I can’t go back to using halogen bulbs, they are too dull and lack longevity, projection and coverage.Received these Fahren LED headlights on time and in new condition. It took the same amount of time to install these lights as it did with the previous LED lightbulbs; as a matter of fact, these lights were set up perfectly by the factory and I did not have to make any fine-adjustments to the lights to get them to project the correct level or distance. After installing these lights, I tested them and found them to be quite satisfactory, they are just as bright as the previous brand but seem to have better overall coverage. I am quite pleased with them.I will update my review in the future.

I purchased the H11 bulbs to replace the aging halogen bulbs in my 2012 Nissan Altima. I had not realized how dim they had gotten over the years until I replaced them with these. Installation took about 15 minutes, only because you have to remove a few screws to loosen the wheel well liner to get to the back of the headlamp. But, once that was done, its as easy as twisting out the old bulb, disconnecting the wire, connecting the new wire, and twisting the bulb in place.I should have done this sooner! It was super simple and all I needed was a Phillips head screwdriver. These are a direct drop-in replacement for the existing bulb. There is a little power converter box on the wire of the new bulb to condition the power to the correct DC voltage for the LEDS. Each comes with a little cooler fan attached to the bulb housing. Great build quality, easy to replace. Now lets talk about how bright they are. This picture was taken in daylight and you can clearly see the output of the left bulb compared to the right bulb. This will increase safety at night tremendously. Like I said, I should have done this sooner. Fahren has a great customer service response and even better warranty. I am going to go ahead and purchase the H9 high beam replacement bulbs because these were so great.

I went into this purchase skeptical. The car I was installing them into was a Ford Fusion, 2014. I replaced both the headlamps and driving lights. Being Ford made it a pain in the rear to change light bulbs in this car, I did not want to do an install of an LED light twice. At least not more than the standards bulbs. These took a little bit of tweaking to get the “hot spot” of the lights where I needed them to be. This was made easy by the lights having an adjustment to get the lights in the proper spot for the projector lens in the car. With very little effort, the lights were in the headlight capsule and the dust shield was put back in as well. I know LED lights get warm and the dust cover was a concern, but selected these for their compact size knowing others put them in their Ford Fusion. The lights are surely much brighter than the stock brown bulbs and everything on the road lights up nicely. I am two years into having these on my 2014 car and I was so impressed at how well they have lasted, I ordered another 4 bulbs for my other Ford Fusion, which is a 2013. Same install process and same results.Cons:Not super easy to install in my car, but that is not the sellers issue. It’s Ford’s.Pros:Easy installThey lastBright White lightEasy to adjust the hot spotThey DID work with projector lensesAlso, the manufacturer was able to send an me an error code eliminator at no cost when I thought a bulb was acting up. I took the car to Ford and they updated the BCM which fixed the flicker issue. I thought it was a single bulb but it was not. It was Ford again. Kudos to the seller. What a great bulb. I did get a chance to read other reviews of those who did not have the best of luck. If properly installed and vented as suggested, they work. The seller backs up the product and the biggest benefit, which there are really no good answers to can be told: Yes, these work in projector lenses. They are great. As far as pictures, imagine any vehicle with really bright white headlights. I added a couple.

The stock halogens on our 2016 Honda Pilot were never particularly great, but after 5 years, they’d become downright woeful. Looking for an upgrade, I came across these Fahren LED upgrades with lots of good reviews and a good overall rating and decided to give them a try. Fortunately, they turned out to be an excellent upgrade, providing greatly improved brightness and spread without any loss of projection distance. I was also initially concerned we’d have folks flashing us thinking our brights were on, but after 4 months, it’s never happened. These were 100% direct plug-and-play for our 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L and didn’t cause any fault codes or other issues. The most difficult parts of the install were getting my large hand into the space to access the driver’s side bulb and finding a good location to securely mount the driver/transformer assembly. Beyond that, it was a simple process, taking maybe 5 minutes per side.We can’t speak to the longevity of the bulbs yet as it’s only been 4 months since being installed. But honestly, at the $33 we paid, if they only last a year at a time, I’ll be satisfied given the significant improvement they provide.

Purchased these to upgrade the old bulbs in my impala. They install just like the factory bulbs so installation is a snap. Because of the fans i couldn’t reinstall the covers that go over where the bulbs install but to me its not a big deal, i could use my dremal and cut a hole for the cooling fan to slip through but its just easier to leave them off. Can’t say anything about longevity as i just got them so I’ll have to give an update later. As a side note, if you install these and they don’t come on don’t panic, simply unplug the connector and flip it the other way. Theres a tab on both sides so theres no way to know which way to plug in the connector before hand. I installed mine & one came right on & the other didn’t so i unplugged the connector & flipped it around and it came right on. They are far brighter than my original bulbs and these also work with the daytime runner on my car. Also be sure the chips are aligned correctly when installing, mine & I’m sure most others, are installed with the chips facing left & right in the housing so the reflect the light properly. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and will update if i have any issues or not at a later date. (Update 4/21/21) These bulbs have been awesome. My 1st set was done dec 18th 2019 and their still going strong. They’ve done so well that I’ve bought 4 more sets. 2 sets for my 2011 impala, low beam & fog lights and just installed another 2 sets in our recently acquired 2014 town & country. They’ve been great lights and haven’t disappointed me yet!

What a service! I had order theses light bulbs for my old Honda Pilot. Installation was easy enough and had them installed but one of the bulb didn’t work properly (seemed loose wiring). My obvious action was to file a grievance with Amazon, and without any problem the vendor sent me the brand new one next day.As for bulbs, they are almost same size as the original bulbs. Installation is super easy. Light beam has nice even spread, similar focus to original bulbs. Light color is white, and pretty bright but not extremely bright to bother other oncoming drivers. As for longevity, I’ll have to check back in a year. I would recommend.

Install was quite easy. For the ram I had to swap out the blue seal with the orange one provided. Light output is improved over the factory ram lights. Beam pattern was improved and height remained in alignment like the original bulbs. You may notice an occasional very slight flicker with these bulbs. I eliminated the flicker on the ram by utilizing a programming software called alfaobd. If you are using it to change settings you want to enable HID headlights in the program, yes I meant HID. This disables the pulse width modulation air eliminated the flicker for me. I also set LED low beams to enabled. Thst being said, I did not have any bulb out codes or messages prior to tuning and my wife did not even notice the occasional flicker, so you could get by without it. These are bright on the road and I have not yet been flashed by others thinking I have my brights on. Too soon to tell on longevity, but for the price I feel that it was worth it.

I drive for a living as an outside sale rep with a huge territory which often puts me on the road at night. My factory headlights on my 2015 Honda Pilot have always just been OK. I put these LED headlights in a couple of weeks ago, just before a 20-hour each-way drive from SE Texas to Northern Arizona and am so glad I did. After installing them, I adjusted the beams (a must). While driving through west Texas where there were almost no cars and absolutely no street lights, I could not believe just how much of the road I could actually see.I have no idea just how long these things will actually last, but the current level of light output is so much better than OEM. The price of these lights seems to be better than the competition, but who knows, maybe the competition is even better. I don’t know. I just know that these lights are better than factory by a lot.

So far, so good. These headlights were easy to install and are way brighter than the stock halogen light bulbs. I just installed them a few days ago so I am not sure about the longevity of the bulbs but hopefully, they last a very long time. I have a few photos attached to this review. One photo shows the halogen bulb in one light and the LED bulb in the other. One photo shows just the stock halogen lights and the other photo shows just the LED’s. The white light that these LED bulbs give off is much crisper than the yellow halogen bulbs. I would recommend these LED bulbs for their fair price and bright output.

I bought these for my 2011 Lincoln mkz. I was pretty excited to replace my old dimming halogen light bulbs and replace them with some nice fancylooking led ones. I install the new led headlight kit and to my suprises they weren’t much brighter then my old headlights and to be noted my car has a projection type headlight housings i did follow directions and made sure that they were in the vertical position in the housing and installed properly. I then had them for about one night in working condition. Then when i was about to head out again, turn the car on the passenger side led headlight began to flicker then shutdown.I wouldn’t recommend getting a cheap led headlight it’s to dangerous if the Puny little fans fail you risk catching your car on fire and can cause other problems, blown fuses, dashboard errors etc.. If it didn’t come from the manufacturer it most likely doesn’t belong in your car.

Let me just say Wow
! I’ve been shelling out almost $100 a pair of led lights From my local store and they don’t even last long or come close to these brightness !The Led is very well built, super easy installed in a matter of minutes and the blue white led beam is just the right light combo , they really the headlights a much premium look .. I was hesitant about the performance for the price point but I was quickly proven wrong as soon as I turn them on and voila let there be bright light
Now I’m looking to replace all the other Led in all of my vehicles ! Highly recommend these leds.

Got these to replace the anemic factory low-beams in a 2016 RAM Promaster City small cargo van that my wife uses for our farm. The headlight “capsule” on the Promaster is very difficult to access and maneuver around. These Fahren bulb make it much more difficult since they come with an internal fan and a power regulator module attached to the cables. This makes the Fahren bulb setup about (literally) 3-4 times the size of the diminutive factory bulb. Needless to say, installation was a bear and took longer than most other vehicles probably would. Just a PSA to other Promaster City owners.Once install, they fired right up without a problem. I am pleased to report that the once-useless low beams in the PM City now emblazon the road ahead. Previously, we had to use high beams everywhere we went, just to see (we’re in rural farm country) which mean vigilent, frequent dimming for oncoming traffic. No more! These light-up the road ahead of the vehicle in spectacular fashion, with a vastly improved light spill pattern that also includes the roadside — to see which critter is about to pop-out in front of you next. Also, they generally do NOT trigger flashes from oncoming vehicles as they are angled appropriately. This was my primary concern with installing these; that they would be too bright and trigger angry flashes from drivers thinking we’re high-beaming them. Fortunately, those concerns have been assuaged.Well done, Fahren. Well done.

I’ll try to follow up with this review in six months. These lights were easy to install and are super bright. However, I have been around computers for 40 years and I’m concerned about the fans failing as they are rather small. That isn’t a knock, just a concern for the future and longevity of the product. The bulbs are loud when the engine isn’t running; however, once you turn off the lights, the sound of the fans stops.Time will tell, but I’m very hopeful that these will last much longer than 2 years (the length of the warranty).

I purchased these Fahren H11 LED headlights for my 2004 Aprilia Atlantic 500 maxi scooter. I can enjoy night riding now. It is an excellent upgrade for any motorcyclist needing better light at night.LIKES:•Very bright and even light beam pattern. My bike has a reflector style lens for both High & Low beam. I calibrated the aim of my headlights so I don’t blind drivers or cause unwanted glare.• Fitment was good. Overall the back of the bulb cleared everything and the fan does not rub against anything. It’s a little tricky trying to figure out where to attach the LED driver though.•Great quality for the price. All alloy construction with an adjustable beam by using the provided allen wrench.•Much Lower Amp/Watts draw compared to Halogen bulbs. My stock headlights halogens used 55watts (1 bulb) on low and 70 watts (two 35watt) on high beams. Now with these Fahren LED headlights I only use 30 watts on Low beams and 60 Watts on high beams. Freeing up 40 watts on low and 10 watts on high. This more power for other accessories.DISLIKES: (mostly with the provided foam tape and Zipties)•The double sided foam tape could be a better quality like a 3M VHB. I recommend getting some 3M VHB tape if you can’t ziptie the LED driver because the included foam tape is ok but not strong enough.•Zipties provided are not long enough for most tight applications. I ended up using my own longer zipties for LED driver after struggling to use the provided short ones.

First impression: these are great! Installed in my 2006 Volvo V50 low beams. Immediate improvement in visibility VS. the OEM halogen bulbs that were installed. No major scatter, and the beam pattern is largely still intact – not quite as crisp of a cutoff as the halogen bulbs, but it’s a relatively small difference. These did just barely fit inside the fixture with enough clearance to reinstall the protective cover onto the back of the fixture. I’m a little concerned how well the fans will do in the heat of the summer with them having such little clearance, but it’ll be next August until I’ll know. The car does throw a “low beam failure” message at startup, but it does not persist, and there are no issues with blinking or flickering (at least so far). I’ll check back in once I’ve got more time on them for an update!

Here’s a photo of the low beam and high beam(left led, right stock halogen) on a 2019 Tahoe, This one comes with a heat sink, I have the beamtechs on my 18 wheeler and those only have a heat sink built in it no fan, I’m not sure which is better, these fahren have a fan and a heatsink attached to the cord, which makes it a little harder to install specially in a Tahoe since the headlight bulb has a water tight cover, it comes with double sided tape, I just put it at the bottom of the compartment and closed it, I hope they don’t get too hot and burn out, I’ll update here when they do burn out. As far as brightness just look at my pictures, it does a great job, also has adjustable beam pattern to align with any reflector, they’re harder to adjust because you have to use an L key, other brands just let you twist, but I guess the L key let’s you lock it in place nice and tight.

Installed my new Fahren lights two days ago. They are a terrific upgrade to the factory style halogen bulbs. I’m hoping to get several years use from them, but will have to come back at a later time to report on longevity.Constructive criticism… It would be nice if the lights had a indicator machined into the external housing to know where vertical is when installed. However, a felt tipped magic marker was an easy cure to that issue.Adjustment to vertical (LEDs horizontal facing) was quick and easy.

Installed in a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500. Sorry I don’t have a before picture…just think two crappy flashlights with the big brick sized batteries…just about dead. That is the before. See the picture for after.Great color, great beam pattern.Instàll was pretty easy. You have to remove the airbox to do the passenger side. I got lucky and the bulbs went in and needed no further alignment. (High beams were another ordeal). The double sided tape is junk and the zip ties are far too small, but overall I would buy again. I haven’t had them long enough to speak on how they will last. A definite and vast improvement!

So, so far I’ve had these installed in the low beam socket for my semi truck. They have been good so far. I’ve had two “brighter” LED bulbs before (one was like from a company called godzilla? And the other I bought from “theretrofitsource”). Anywhu these are bright enough depending on who’s eyes are fishing them as “bright”.I wanted to wait till like after 6months (which is usually how long it takes cheap LED kits like this to start showing their butt) and I’ll end up calling the company to see if their warranty program is any good etc etc.So what I will do is check back at the end of the year and revisit this review (IFFFFFF ANYTHING changed) and if nothing has changed, I will leave this right here as it sits and you can expect the product to be in good standing. This is “portable” especially in compared to other kits. Usually my t680’s rear bulb cover doesn’t conform to aftermarket HID kits (because bulky ignitor boxes and thick cables) they just don’t tuck away nicely without modifying factory components. This LED kit required absolutely no modifications. Everything is portable enough to fit inside the headlight bulb cover area.

So installation was straight forward. Had to get a second set shipped as the first was defective. It was a quick turn around so that’s a plus on the company. Thanks for that. One major suggestion for anyone who may think the lights aren’t reflecting right is to use the little Allen key that comes with it to loosen the light and adjust it to the right angle. For people who don’t understand what that angle is, it should sit in the housing “vertically” and not horizontally or any other angle. Once I adjusted the bulb to the correct angle, these lights shined so much more brighter and looked so much better. This is especially important in Projector style headlights. You need to look at the set position of the bulb when in the housing, put a mark/line at the top of the bulb casing and then remove the bulb. Follow that line again to the actual bulb grooves because that will be your set position. If the mark and the actual light do not align vertically then you will not get the correct light output.Use the Allen key, loosen the tiny screw and twist the bulb to line up with the mark/line you drew on the grooves. Set the bulb back into your housing, and you should see a major difference in light output.

I got a brand new Chevy Tahoe and as you guys can see in the pictures the stock bulbs are trash. This Fahren headlights are fire!!!. Super easy to install, just plug and play. In the pictures I actually got them unadjusted so please make sure they stay horizontal, this is in my case with beams,….you will have to figure it out in other type of lights.

Over the last 20 years I have driven cars with HID lights, so when I purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion SE I saw a massive decline in the stock halogens. I considered HID kits but decided to try these instead. Support sites claim you have to remove the front bumper but the swap out took 10 minutes each which included mounting the external resistor. Not too difficult to install once you get a light in to see the mount. No flicker and definitely three times brighter as stated. I cannot grade longevity as they were only installed 72 hours ago. I replaced them to increase visibility and they have done just that with the perfect cutoff beam that doesn’t blind oncoming traffic. I didn’t realise just how much nicer they would make the appearance of the car though. From yellow to white with a slight blue tinge, they enhanced the ascetics of the vehicle also. If they last it will be one of the better investments into this vehicle.

The bulbs have been really good, especially considering the very reasonable price. Very bright, almost no one has brighter bulbs when driving past someone. The other thing is the focus is better then any other LED or HID bulb I have use. Razor sharp cutoff! However, after about 9 months of use, the driver’s side bulb died, flashing on and off like a strobe light. I contacted Fahren customer support via email and unlike most customer support I’ve (not) received on Amazon products, I got an email back within <12 hours. Not only did I hear back but it had very sensible additional troubleshooting steps that added on to the troubleshooting I had already done, not just a script that repeated the things I had already done. I haven’t seen this level of service for a long time. After trying the suggestions and getting the same result, I contacted Mika back, she sent out a new pair of bulbs later that day and I received them 3 days later. While less than ideal to have a product fail, it can happen to anyone at anytime, the difference between a good and bad company is what do they do to make it right. Fahren stood behind their product really well and I would recommend them wholeheartedly at this point!

I’m a total noob but had these installed inside ten minutes, including banging my head, twice. The 6500k color was quite the change….these sharply define whatever is lit up, even wayyy out there. I installed a second set as high beams and it has changed my night driving. These led bulbs really cast light, but do be careful to properly align the bulb. I fussed with them each a bit here and there until lined correctly with the led’s at 3 and 9 o’clock.Throw your dim yellow colored bulbs away and get you a set of these and see the night clearly.can’t yet say a thing as to longevity yet, only run them ten hours or so over a couple nights now. Tell you the truth if one burns out I’ll replace it with the same thing right away because the change in night seeing is, for me, quite the experience. 6500k so out classes the old bulbs that there really is no comparison in which the LED’s don’t win. Only bulbs I’ll use now. So maybe they are more expensive seeming but the vision they produce at night because of the color is well worth it, at least to me.

*6 Month Update*After 6 months of using these bulbs in my ’15 F150, I have been very pleased with them. My truck is equipped with daytime running lights so these lights are on all the time whenever my truck is turned on, SO it has been 6 Months of all driving not just night time driving. I have noticed some very inconspicuous flicker of the light, it’ll happen maybe once or twice a week and it happens very quickly, probably to the eye that isn’t always looking for those kinds of things you may not even notice it.Other than the slight flickering I mentioned above I have been very pleased with these and they’re lightyears ahead of the stock or really any halogen bulbs that could put in there. After 6 months I definitely still recommend these bulbs! These were a great replacement for my dim 2015 F150 Low beams. I had no problem installing these bulbs. I would recommend when installing into an F150 is to take out a few screws and plastic screws in the wheel wells and stick your arm up and change the bulbs. DO NOT try and take the whole headlight assembly out that’s a lot of unnecessary work.So the fan on the back of the bulb is surprisingly small but just the way the headlight fits in you cannot fit the stock rubber gromit back over the low beams. I would recommend searching for a larger rubber gromit to fit over the one I bought was 83cm I think. Once you pop that on just make sure the polarity of the plug is correct because led’s have a Plus and minus. So if the bulb doesn’t work try flipping the plug around.

I purchased these for the low beams on a 2014 prius which is my wife”s car. I had bought some new halogen bulbs but was disappointed in their dismal performance. Did some research and found these. Install was a bit tight on the passenger side but nothing was removed to aid in the install. Attached the drivers with Gorilla two sided tape to coolant bottle on the passenger side and to a body panel on driver side. The zip ties sent with kit were flimsy and would have been a hassle to try to use. These have exactly the same beam shape and size as the original halogens, but they are just much brighter and both my wife and I see things much more clearly. After five months, no issues to report. My 2012 prius has standard led lights and the Fahrens are the equal of the Toyota leds. I am happy with the high beam halogen bulbs on the 2014 prius although it is more of a yellow color instead of white. One last thing to say is that neither of us have had any problems with people flashing their high beams at us, which I was concerned might be a big problem but is not.

I’m a truck driver bought these for my 2014 Volvo VNL tractor! Volvo’s known to have the worst headlight output on the market. I thought that it could be due to the fact that headlights are old and a bit scratched up, and I was thinking about replacing the headlights altogether! Good thing I bought these led bulbs! After replacing the bulbs I was shocked how big of a difference these make (and no trouble codes on the dash)I added two pictures as a comparison of how bright these low beam led‘s are compared to high beam halogenThese led low beams totally outperform even my halogen high beams( lights need to be adjusted properly, but even now I get a decent light beam)Definitely buying a pair for my high beamsI will keep you guys posted of how they perform in a long run… but as of now, I’m supper happy

I researched LED lights and found that they need a fan to cool them. Researched lights and made my decision to go with Fahren. I have a Honda 2018 CRV and it was a ‘plug and play’ when it came to installing the lights. The brightness made it much safer for my wife to drive at night. I am impressed with the brightness and the ease of install.I gave a 4 star on longevity as I haven’t had the lights longer than 4 weeks so I can’t speak to this criteria. I see no issues with the longevity being as advertised as everything regarding install, brightness, warranty, and follow thru by Fahren have been great.

I needed an upgrade in my cars lighting and these bulbs here are fan freaking tastic! I have a ’18 Nissan Altima Midnight SR and did the high beam, lo beam and fog lights. I had a friend of mine install them and they were very easy to do. He just went in through the wheel well even after the dealership told me, ‘Oh yeah, we need to take the whole bumper off to swap out bulbs….that’ll be $180.00’ haha. No thanks. These are the brightest white you can get without it changing the white color.

Photos show Fahren LEDs on the right, H11 halogens on the left. They don’t reflect the major difference in light output and color. As expected, white has replaced yellow. They do show the similarity of patterns on the wall. (Not visible are the small pieces of blue painter’s tape I used to define the halogen pattern .) I’ve only had them for a week, so longevity is an open question. Installing them was not difficult, though the battery side of the Camry was cramped for average male hands. Interestingly, Fahren isn’t plugged by the top 2 review websites I checked out. Good value (so far, anyway). Better vision at night is good !

It didn’t take long to install these (less than 10 minutes) on my 2013 Kia Sorento, and I’m quite impressed by them. The first picture shows my previous Sylvania bulbs on the left (passenger side) and these Fahren LEDs on the right (driver side). The second picture shows both Fahren LEDs installed. It is clear to see the difference in brightness and color. I was not expecting to see this much of a difference, and I’m truly happy with my purchase. While I haven’t driven with them yet, I can tell that the road ahead of me will be much more clearly lit. I cannot speak about longevity, but I’m hoping they last me at least a few years. For the forty dollars I paid, I cannot complain if they burn out after a year or two.On a side note, I was able to reinstall my dust covers as there was sufficient space to do so. However, I am concerned about the fan being unable to properly ventilate. The third picture shows the space remaining which allowed for installing the dust cover. If heat becomes and issue, I’ll be sure to provide and update. As of this moment, I highly recommend purchasing these for your vehicle. I searched through a lot of different LED replacements and gave these a shot based on the multitude of positive reviews. While many of those reviews could possibly be written by bots, my review is not. I’m a real person who gave these a shot, and I am very happy that I did. The price is great, the product is great. Amazon will let you return them if they don’t work for you, and it appears that the manufacturer will back their product as well. What do you have to lose?Update: 3-19-21. I’ve had them installed for about a month now, and I have no issues so far. I will make sure to provide an update in another 2 months. I’m totally loving these bulbs!

The replacements were very easy to install. These are so much brighter than the stock headlights. Its literally like having LED light bars in your headlights. At first one side was slightly dimmer than the other and I was sort of bummed. Then I read the instructions (ha ha) and realized that I had one with the diodes in the 12 to 6 position instead of 3-9. Well I took them back out and thought “these can only go one way” until I read the instructions again. There is an “allen wrench” in the kit to allow you to rotate the base of the bulb. My only complaint isn’t product related at all, its more about my 16′ Ram 3500 and having to take the grille off just to do the replacement. The other complaint is that the Ram 3500 has separate HI/Low beams so it requires 2 sets (different part #’s) to complete the conversion. I would totally recommend these. I have already put these on my wife’s 2016 Durango as well!

I am one of those people who always complained about the LED headlights being too bright. Mainly because I’m a migraine sufferer and it really bothered my eyes.I have asked friends and family about these and they have said they are bright but not blinding. Honestly I can see at night on the dark back roads I drive on.The way they install is in such a way there’s no direct beam on the other vehicles making it not as bad for them when I drive by.Extremely bright. Fans can be heard when car is turned off and they run for a couple seconds after the fact. Not audible from inside the car.Pricing isn’t really a value, it’s on point with other comparable lights on and off amazon.Have only had them installed a couple days so cannot speak for the longevity.

Had the H11 lights a bit until I could get them installed. Started to flicker when I came up on car ahead. Then I noticed in the garage on the wall. VERY fast flicker.Got a replacement for the low beams from Fahren. THESE ARE WORSE THAN THE ORIGINALS!!!!!I figure that at some point I may have to dig out the old 9+ year old headights and have them re-installed. Costing me real money!I need a fix or a refund.PS: I also bought the Fahren high beams and have not been able to see if they flicker also.

Design: Superb design, the shape of the headlight is similar to those halogen bulbs. This design mimics my old halogen light almost exactly the same. Compare to the beam pattern of halogen and this, they are rough 90% matched. My other expensive LED headlight that costs $90+ does not match the beam pattern nor the brightness at all. Also, the driver is slim and fits anywhere in the car. I recommend to use the included zip-tie and don’t let it dangle.Brightness: Super bright as it advertised. I do not have the equipment to measure the brightness but I used my halogen and $90 LED headlight to compare and it’s amazing. It beats both without doubt nor equipment needed to compare. Overall, very bright, but make sure to adjust your headlight angle.Noise: Very little noise inside my car cabin. My car does not block outside noise very well, so it’s understandable. Put it in another car and it almost completely silences! Compare to my $90 led headlight, it’s roughly half of the noise. The expensive headlight was super loud.Value: Must buy for what its worth. You can buy two of these instead of the expensive $90+ one and works without a problem.

So I did something a little different, I replaced our bulbs in our BRAND NEW Thor Vegas 25.5 RV, they are absolutely amazing. A little tricky to install but that is just the way our RV is set up. Honestly these are life changing compared to what we had before. Like another reviewer stated you HAVE to get the bulb “vertically” in the housing (especially with projector style) or it will throw out a weird beam of light. Once you get this accomplished, stand back be prepared to jump and down with joy! Amazing craftsmanship (so far), but super excited to finally see!

My car required two different bulbs. One for my brights and the other for low seems. I cant remember which I had to use for what but this was one of two per light I had to use. I am very impressed with both. Install was a bear as it was 117 degrees outside and much hotter in the garage when I did it, plus I had to remove the head light units to get to the bulbs for removable and replacement. Buick Regals didn’tconsider that big hands would be changing bulbs. As for Longevity I couldn’t rate this as I have not had them for very long. If I have an issue Ill let you know.

Got these for black Friday price under $27… what a deal. First, the packaging is quite impressive and bulbs are very well protected for shipping. The feel and build quality is far better then i expected, especially at this price. Installation for me was tough only because my Malibu requires taking the front bumper off and taking out the entire headlight assembly, not fun, but manageable. Once I got them in I was definitely impressed, very bright and crisp white light, not blueish like some others . Only issue I had was one did not work initially, however my experience with other LEDs in my car led me to simply flip the polarity (plug), which only took a sec and now works fine. I can’t attest to longevity but overall id say these are a great buy and would highly recommend.

My OEM assemblies were foggy, leaking and UNCOOL, so I replaced them completely. If you’re like me though, I wanted ALL LED bulbs so I purchased these cooler and brighter bulbs plus the following (to completely do 2 assemblies):1) Fahren H11/H9/H8 LED Headlight Bulbs (x2) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NPMV1H52) iBrightstar Newest 9-30V Super Bright Low Power LED Bulbs, Amber Yellow (Pack of 2) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06WD7Z4R73) AUXITO 194 LED Light Bulb, Amber Yellow (Pack of 2) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077W9J1KV4) For 2008-2016 Chrysler Town & Country | 11-19 Dodge Grand Caravan Black Headlights Headlamps Left + Right https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HYK1YNLSince I was dealing with all new lights, fitment was a little difficult at times, but doable with patience. I did have to flip my connectors over for 3 of the 4 Fahren bulbs, but they all worked well. Only one light needed to be rotated since its orientation wasn’t quite right. A small hex wrench is included for this purpose and adjustment is very easy.All-in-all, everything installed without a hitch. I haven’t adjusted my light height yet, but I think it will require little adjustment. To me, these bulbs are MUCH brighter (and cooler!) — definitely worth the money. 🙂

They shipped quickly and were relatively easy to install. I watched a couple of you-tube videos on how to access the headlight on a 2011 Suburban and went to work. They plug right in and it was easy to find a place for the cooling element to stow away on this type of vehicle. I’ve been wanting to make this conversion for quite some time and didn’t tackle it until one of my bulbs failed and forced me to take it on. I am glad I did. Note – I originally went to a auto parts store where they advertise installation with purchase and the price was almost 2X more than Amazon so that “free” installation was not so free. I did both headlights myself in less than an hour. They are definitely brighter. Longevity is TBD.

So I was not sure prior to ordering these if they would actually fit behind the headlight dust cap on my 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500HD truck. The answer is they fit just fine. The drivers (little square box) and all the wiring fit perfect within the headlight housing and the dust caps go back on no problem. No modifications and no special dust caps needed. They were not hard to install at all. The hardest part was that on my truck I had to remove the cold air intake on the passenger side to access the headlights. But once I did that, changing out the bulbs was no problem. There are some good YouTube video about how to do it. Took me about 45 minutes-1 hour. These work great and they are WAY better than the crappy OEM blubs in the truck. They are much brighter than OEM. I also changed the HI beams. Overall I am happy with the change. The one thing that is a little weird is you can hear the cooling fan spinning, but only when you are outside of the truck and the truck engine is off. So when I turn off the truck my exit lights stay on for 60 seconds and you can hear the cooling fans spinning away. It is weird but a small thing. Now only time will tell how long these LED bulbs last.

So I bought a different brand of super bright white lights the at the automotive store only to discover that they have a relatively short lifespan. After they burned out, I spoke with the automotive store guy. He suggested I buy the standard yellow lights because they last a lot longer. That was a mistake. I could barely see at night and didn’t feel safe especially when oncoming traffic shined their lights in my eyes. I felt blind on the road.I feel very happy after purchasing and using these lights for the past month. They are very bright and project a long way down the road. Living where I do I need lights to see deer on the highway. These lights do the trick. They have a one year warranty which is extendable to 2 years if you register the lights on the company’s website. Thanks to these great lights I feel safe on the road at night. They are super bright and were pretty easy to install. Took just a couple minutes to put them in.

Love the product, but tech support refuses to do anything for you. There is a short at one of the connections for one of the lights. I get no errors, no hyper flashing or flashing at all, but if the connection gets bumped at all the light goes out. Only on 1 of them, if I move it to the other side, still the same problem. So it follows where you put it, but the other light has no issues. Tech support says I need a decoder. Bought one, put it on and it didn’t fix the issue. They want me to now buy one of their decoders and talk to me condescending saying they know better than I do my own truck.I spent $30 on the decoder that doesn’t work, they want me to spent even more on THEIR decoder now. Not going to happen. They refuse to even entertain the idea that one of my lights is defective.I really have no issue with the product, love it actually, but I will probably buy a different brand that had a better track record for support if I need it. Talking to Fahren is like talking to an automated spam call. Pointless.

This bulb fits my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, and is adjustable for optimal light distribution. By adjustable I mean a small Allen wrench is included so you can loosen, turn and retighten the locking collar for the best orientation of the bulb in the socket. The manufacturer recommends the bulb facing to the sides. This adjustable collar allows me to do that rather easily. Brightness is not an issue. I bought this set to replace one failed LED bulb from a different manufacturer whose product is no longer available. The failed bulb was advertised as “90w” while the Fahren is supposed to be only “30w” but the light output appears equal. The Fahren bulb, however, does have a “driver” unit attached by a cable to the bulb, and the driver unit also has the socket cable (teal arrow in attached picture). While Fahren includes small cable ties and double-stick pads to secure the driver unit, in my vehicle in the high beam socket where I placed the bulb there was no good surface to which I could attach the driver unit, so I just let it dangle (red arrow in picture). (The failed bulb that the Fahren replaced did not have a separate driver unit.)

These were super easy to install. As I have a Chrysler Town and Country, you must find someone with a diagnostic scanner that can change the PWM (pulse wave modulation) power feature to get these to work correctly. This is basically a power scheme which ‘pulses’ power to the stock headlights. Regular halogen bulbs can withstand this pulsation of power and not flicker. The new LEDs react much quicker and you will see a flicker with the standard settings. You must turn on the HID feature that can only be done with a proper program and diagnostic scanner to access the dealer level programming. The dealer might be able to help out but may not. There was another excellent write up on here that explains the flicker and PWM power schemes used by many autos. Search through the reviews and you will find it. Once the setting was reset, these do not flicker at all and are very bright. They light down the road as the halogens did, but are like 4x as bright. I replaced all four headlight bulbs and the driving lights on the minivan- all happened to be the same bulb on this van (low, high and fog). Driving the back roads is like driving in the daylight! Once properly set as per instructions, the cut off is very good and does not blind other drivers. Have only been high beam flashed once and have driven several thousand miles already with these. Do not know the long term durability, but I hope these last as they are AWESOME. Be sure to get the lighting power scheme changed for the Chrysler/Dodge products and you will have no issues. It is my understanding that if you do not get the power switched to a constant power feed instead of the ‘pulsed’ power, the bulbs will not last too long. The constant pulsing, in addition to driving you crazy, will shorten the life of the led bulb and/or the driver units. Will update review if any issues arise. We just drove from NY to FL and back all at night and these were simply the best upgrade ever. If you do a lot of night time driving, you will appreciate the white color and very bright lighting these leds provide. I am ordering for all of my other vehicles.

I installed these in my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan and couldn’t believe the improvement. They were direct replacements for the existing bulb; no fussing needed. The focus was perfect right out of the box. I immediately bought 2 more for the high beams along with Alla Lighting 2504 PSX24W LED Fog Lights. Everything was wonderful except once all bulbs were switched to LED, I noticed a very slight flickering in the headlights. So, I installed a pair of SIRIUSLED H11 H9 H8 LED Canbus Decoders on just the headlights and the problem was solved. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had them installed for about 6 weeks now and am still very happy. The brightness of these bulbs is remarkable. I was afraid people would be flashing me thinking I had my high beams on because they’re so bright, but that’s not happening. I guess they’re not obnoxious to oncoming traffic but I sure can see better.

These are really BRIGHT bulbs. Just as I expected. I had ordered two different types of bulbs, but after installing the FAHREN bulbs I didn’t even bother opening the other and just returned them. Actually, when I received the FAHREN it missing important parts because one of the bulb was not as bright as the other. It could be because one of them ended up vertical and the other horizontal. Anyway, I contacted them about it and a person named Jevon got back to me and was very kind to rectify the matter even though I would’ve understood if he hadn’t as I was happy with the lights. i just mentioned it because I thought I received an opened box item and Jevon understood that. Thanks Jevon for providing great customer service. I’ll definitely order again and recommend to others as well.

Following the Steps1) Delivery – was fast on time.2) Packing – No extra material and not a complex packaging. I think the big sponge is a waste tough but not a complaint.3) The email from the manufacturature is nice, it helps what to expect and how to install and how to troubleshoot and sets the base line and expectations.4) Camry is a bit tight with space to removing and installing any head lights is tough on driver side.5) Not a complain, but a recommendation, there should be a better way of securing the wire instead of zip ties. Especially in tight spots where fitting one hand is difficult.6) It will be really nice to have a some sort of marker on light housing which would show the position of bulb facing direction inside the light assembly. So it could be adjusted. There is a + and – as mentioned in description and needs to shift the polarity if the light does not turn on.Over all love these lights. They are bright and is wider than the original halogen. Have been using for about two weeks so cant say anything about the life of these.Yes I would recommend these.

I love these lights. I live in a city with light pollution ordinance that leaves the streets not lit very well at night. These light up the road and the sidewalk so much better than the lights which were standard on my car that I feel like a police helicopter is shining a searchlight to guide me. Despite that, no oncoming cars flash their brights at me. I like the color of them more than the original headlights as well. Very happy with my purchase. My headlight burned out and this product was highly rated with amazon, so I took a chance I was ordering the right product. I say I took a chance because I noticed the product description from the seller said to contact them to ensure I was purchasing the correct item. They never responded to my email asking what I should purchase, so I made the purchase hoping my search on Amazon.com yielded the correct result. I’m really glad Amazon.com knew what I needed.

HONDA PILOT: It took a bit of time to orientate both lamps to the vertical orientation when the lamps are locked in, used the vent openings to determine how much to turn the mounting ring, that helped. I installed the driver side first and compared it to the passenger – during daylight – the OEM bulb looked like it was powered by a candle in comparison. I plan on getting the low beams next – we will leave in the morning for Idaho from western WA, this will be a good test. I will be carrying the old bulbs – just in case one or both fail on the trip. Feb 12th, 2021 Up Date: We were involved in an accident on Nov 22nd, 2020. Honda was repaired and Fog lights both still work – was quite a hit – bent the fog light bracket in the front fender. Since then, have installed the same LED H11 in Honda Pilot Low Beam projector and works great. Also installed the same H11 LED in 2018 Silverado 3500HD Low Beam projector – they all work great!

They’re insanely bright. To the point where I tried putting them in the low beam projectors on my Tacoma and people were flashing their brights at me even though they were properly aimed. I ended up switching them to my high beams, since I don’t use them very often. Whenever I need them though, they light up an entire block. They also work great as a mitigation for those who think running their high beams in the city is a suitable replacement for a burnt out low beam. Some of us have had eye surgery in the last year and are sensitive to high beams going directly in our faces at night. One flash of these puppies and it’s an instant lesson learned by the other driver. Great product overall!

Much, much brighter than even the most expensive halogens I’ve bought. Installation was a pain, but that was 100% the vehicle (Toyota Prius) and operator error; the bulbs had nothing to do with that. As a matter of fact, I was really worried about “bulb placement” after reading several reviews warning if the bulbs were not placed in a specific alignment, then the light pattern would be off. I had so much trouble getting them in (again, the car and myself, NOT the lights fault), that by the time I did, I didn’t care what the alignment was, I just wanted them IN! Well, either I am unbelievably lucky, or all the worry was for nothing, because the light pattern is perfect! I didn’t have to adjust anything. Also, as bright as they are, they do not “blind” oncoming vehicles like some LEDs do. I was really surprised after seeing how bright they were, but I had my wife drive the opposite way of me at night, behind me at night, and even had her make a couple of left turns while I was opposite her; it didn’t matter, the lights never blinded me. I am very, very happy with these. I can’t wait to see if they last more than the 1 year ALL the other halogens (cheapest to super expensive) I’ve bought have lasted. Crossing my fingers!

With the winter season coming, I knew I had to upgrade the stock low-beam halogens on my 2010 Prius to brighten the road for my night driving. After reading reviews of the various options available on Amazon, I decided to go with the Fahrens.Installation was easy, though it took a little longer to replace the passenger side bulb due to the tight open space. Wow, what a difference in these lights. They light up the road similarly to built-in HID lights on some cars. I have them on the car for a week now and cannot gauge longevity at this time. Hopefully they will have a good lifespan. I am very happy with these bulbs and recommend them.

I have hated having to replace my headlights for what seems like every year and shell out $50 for overpriced halogens because I didn’t have time to shop around while having no headlights. These are literally the same price if not a little cheaper than normal halogens. So much brighter than halogens, the 3x brightness claim is definitely accurate. The construction on the unit is very over built (in a good way), massive heatsink and fan considering its an LED. I’m assuming this will last for years instead of less than 12 like halogens, but haven’t had it that long. The install isn’t tricky but you could install the polarity backwards by mistake, but that’s easy to quick switch. I have 2006 buick lacrosse and was not able to put the dust covers back on, which really isn’t a big deal since it is IP68, and if you were to go into deep water or get hit with lots of dust, the cover wouldn’t do much anyway. I’ve only had these since about June 2020, but will try to update over the years to see how long it lasts.

Just installed a few days ago on a 2015 Honda Odyssey with projector style headlights. What a huge difference in light output from the OEM Honda bulbs. The light is very white and the cut off line is very well defined. I tested driving my other car toward this car and am happy to say I was not blinded like some oem lights on newer cars. Installation was pretty simple once I got the old bulbs out. I did have to adjust them with the included alan wrench which took all of 2 minutes which was very easy. There is no audible fan noise from the bulbs when the engine is running and you have to put your ear to the fender to hear the bulb fans when the engine is off. All in all these seem to perform well at a great price point for my vehicle application.

I tried installing those LED lights on my Mazda 3 Sedan 2018 and unfortunately, they don’t fit although when I put that vehicle on my profile it says it fits. On the picture, you can both the plug of my Mazda and one of the LED lights.Edit: After being contacted by the company they were kind enough to explain why it wasn’t fitting and therefore made the proper changes. The product is excellent, you can feel that quality product as well as the customer service, I really appreciate it. Thank you.

This is hands down one of the best returns on investments towards your driving experience that you will ever make. The headlight beam of our 2011 minivan looked like yellow fog lamp beam compared to the LED headlights of our newer cars that have LED headlamps. Because our minivan had projector headlamps and because these newer style LED lights are designed to have a cut-off at the top these DO NOT blind other drivers, and BOY are they bright! The best $40 spent on my car by far. It took me all of ten minutes to install and test these lights and be blown away. I highly recommend these lights to anyone considering swapping out their tired old halogens with brighter cleaner, more energy efficient LED head lights.DISCLAIMER: I was not paid or compensated in any way to write this review.

The installation of these bulbs on a 2014 Honda Odyssey was pretty easy. The only difficulty I had was the passenger side. It was a little difficult to get your hands behind the bulb housing with the windshield and power steering reservoir in the way. I had to secure the controller with the supplied zip ties (also came with double sided tapes). I tied it to the cables of the high beam lights. At first, when I turned them on, it didn’t work. This was when I saw a sticker on the LED cable that said…try flipping the plug…and it worked. It’s a lot brighter than the OEM lights. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for an upgrade.BTW, this is cheap. With the Amazon coupon applied, it’s worth the try if you are hesitant.

Seller responded quickly to my problem – I had differing brightness between the 2 LED bulbs – suggested fix by seller solved my problem – the RHS bulb was indexed incorrectly in the headlight housing – it was actually much easier to install it in the incorrect orientation. To get the bulb installed correctly I had to push the bulb into the housing quite hard, and rotate clockwise much harder to get the correct orientation result – now have great low beam lighting.Update 2 – I later determined that the RHS headlight housing was an aftermarket part and not a genuine Toyota headlight housing, and possibly why it was so difficult to get the RHS bulb installed correctly compared to the LHS, which was still an original Toyota headlight housing.

I bought these to replace some HIDs I had for about 3 years. My HIDs stopped working and I needed a replacement. First let me say these come on much faster than the HIDs and they are much brighter. The HIDs did reach a little farther but these are much brighter and light up more surface area. They come on quicker, are brighter, and cost way less than half the HIDs. Plus these were super easy to install. Basically plug in and go. I may buy a set for my high beams I like them so much. Great product.

Works great on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee.I bought pair of anti-flicker decoders just incase. Surprisingly I didn’t have to use the anti-flicker decoders to prevent issues. I repeat these LED bulbs worker right out of the box without me needing to use the extra anti-flicker decoders that I bought just incase my Jeep needed it. I tested and worked right out of the box. Much brighter in person then the picture reveals. I hardly use my high beams anymore. Everything is more visible and at greater distance.

These are SUPER bright and an incredible value for what you get. I will admit I cannot yet comment on longevity (only has been a few months) — I will update this review later down the road if necessary. The most important tip I have is when you install them, make sure the angle/rotation is correct, especially if you use them in a projector housing. This is because the bulbs are only two-sided, with a thick aluminum heatsink in the middle. As you can see in the pic, the LED chips on each side create a distinct “split” output shape, but this split is NOT visible in the beam pattern at all. Correctly installed, the beam pattern is wide with a distinct hot spot in the middle, helping you see further down the road. The top cutoff is sharp so you won’t blind oncoming traffic. To get this beam pattern, the chips need to be perfectly at 3-o’clock and 9-o’clock, perfectly straight left to right. I actually installed one of them 180 degrees upside down, assuming the result would be identical, but apparently the locking positions of my headlight housing aren’t perfectly symmetrical and the bulb was tilted a little. The “split” output shape was messy, and the beam pattern was fuzzy with a poor top cutoff. The difference was substantial. I flipped it 180 degrees and everything looked great. If you can’t get a clean beam/output pattern with the default locking positions of your headlights, the bulbs come with a small hex key that you can use to rotate them independently of the housing. I highly recommend making sure these are installed correctly in order to get the brightest, sharpest light output.Unlike a halogen bulb that emits light 360 degrees around, these LEDs only emit light on two sides — so installing them at the correct angle is crucial.

Brighter than stock halogen fog lights and is a closer match to the factory Xenon HIDs. These LED’s are a bit whiter than the factory HIDs but not bad. No silly blue tint, but a pure white. Brightness is very good as well, and it appears to have far greater light output. No warning lights for “bulb out” either. NOTE: the install might take a little extra “push” to get them in as the seal is thicker than standard halogen bulbs. Overall a great deal for such bright bulbs!

EDIT: The seller reached out to me and gladly solved the problem by replacing the defective light. I am very thrilled with Fahren customer service. I highly recommend this product!! Excellent customer service. Great product!LED went dim in a little over a month of purchase. I was pleased with this product at first. It’s been a little over a month since I purchased and I realized that one of the LEDs went dim. So I have a nice bright one and a dimmed one. It looks terrible. I tried to find the seller contact information to see if they could help me with the problem since the return window has closed but without success. Be advised.

All I can say is I can see again!!!! My son put these on my car for me and I can’t believe the difference. I was getting where I didn’t want to drive at night anymore because I couldn’t see the line and signs anymore. NOW I CAN!I own a 2010 Chevy Malibu. He said the lights installed easily. But he did have to take part of the bumper lose to get to the lights. But he said it wasn’t bad. Now if I had to do it. They would probably still be in the box. They were so inexpensive too. As far as longevity I’m not sure of yet. They have been on the car a couple months now so we will see. So far so good.

Note- in the attached photos the driver side headlight housing suffers from that foggy lens effect so the cut off isn’t as pronounced as the passenger side. I installed the same kit on the passenger side to verify it was the housing and it looked the same in that housing.I purchased these for my girlfriends 2015 Altima, unfortunately on Altima’s you need to get behind the wheel well covers to install the headlight bulbs but once I got them in I was very impressed with the brightness and how clean the cut off beam is on these. I have purchased probably over 100 kits of LED headlights (I used to own a automotive repair shop) and I have had issues in the past with similar kits not having a clean cut off, or its not possible to move the bulb once its in its locked in position to adjust the beam in projector housings. With this kit you can adjust the cut off with an included allen wrench but once I installed them they were in the correct position which didn’t need any adjustments. They are super quiet when it comes to the attached cooling fans. They come with double sided tape to allow you to mount the ballasts to somewhere, they include zip ties and an allen key in the package. They come professionally packaged and the instructions are very clear and well written. As I have previously stated I have installed A LOT of these, sometimes you have to flip the connector to get them to power up and then you have the retention clip on the wrong side and you need to tape the connector together to get them to hold but not these, they are properly built and they do not throw and errors or codes on the dash. They have excellent clarity and spread on the beam, if you adjust your headlight housing CORRECTLY you will not be blinding any other drivers. On your headlight housing if you look very closely on the clear lens side you will see a little tiny cross, you need to tape off that cross across the top and the outer edge and then park 20 feet away from a wall and adjust your vertical and horizontal screws on your headlight housing to correctly aim your beams. This should be done anytime you change your headlights to prevent blinding oncoming traffic and to get the most out of your new headlights in terms of “spread”. They arrived very quickly and professionally packaged and I would highly recommend these bulbs to anyone who’s looking for LEDs. I spent hours searching for a kit that has a clean cutoff, isn’t massive when it comes to how much space is required behind the “bulbs” and wasn’t $100+ a kit. I would easily guess these cost over $100 if you just handed them to me and I installed them and saw the results. It’s also common for other cheap kits to not properly seat in the headlight housing and you have to worry about a good seat for proper aim and for keeping water out of the housing-not these-it took me literally one 1/4 turn and they were seated great and they come with a thick gasket to prevent any water-moisture from getting in your headlight housing. If you’re looking…. just buy these, you will not be let down, I am ordering two more kits for my other vehicle and my motorcycle.

I read the over 12k reviews and was certain these would what was described, I also read the 1 and 2 star reviews and most of those were people that didn’t know what they were doing or had a defected product, nothing is ever perfect and some items will be damaged.I am 150% satisfied with this purchase, I drove out to the country last night and these lights are just as good as a brand new car that come with LED’s. The quality of these lamp assembly’s are solid and the install was a piece of cake (all of 4 minutes). These lights make you feel like you have a new vehicle and is certainly a safety feature in my opinion.I am now going to buy my high beams and fog lights if they are available.
Jake Perry –
Relatively easy to install. The polarity isn’t marked on the lights, so test the connection before setting the bulbs in place. These are amazingly bright but when installed correctly spread light side to side instead of upward. Mine are in a Prius C: I can see every detail of the rear suspension of the car in front of me, but my low beams do not come up past their bumper. The beam focus really extends the range in front of the vehicle. Driving on roads with little/no lighting feels like you have high beams on due to the range, and they blend well with street lights on better-lit roads.
Randy –
The headlights in a Toyota solara are terrible. The low beams are projection and are so bad, you have to run the fog lamps to be able to see the road directly in front of you. I purchased the brightest incandescent bulbs available and they did not help. They only lasted 200 hours as stated on the package. These led lights have pretty much made the headlights the way they should be. It’s not a miracle but they are definitely better. I did not install the lights as suggested. I put them in horizontal instead of vertical. I did this because I rotated the bulbs in the housing until I got the pattern I wanted. The horizontal position gave me a narrow beam directly in front of the car. The cutoff was still the same but it put a lot more light directly on the road. If these last for more than a year, they are better than the incandescent. Still had room for the dust caps on the housing but did not put them back on. I figured they would run a lot cooler without being sealed up in the housing.

Installed these after trying two different 55w HID kits from Amazon, neither of which worked properly in my 4Runner for some unknown reason. I’ve been wary of less expensive led bulbs like these in the past because they often throw random beam patterns and are difficult to adjust. These however, right out of the box, worked flawlessly, correct beam orientation and all with no adjustments. The electrical connections couldn’t have been easier as the reversible plug is labeled for polarity so it’s just a matter of matching the colors of wire. The performance and brightness is on par with some similar aftermarket led bulbs and is a marked improvement over the stock halogen bulbs despite using the oem projector housings. I did not receive this product or any sort of discount in exchange for this review. This is a genuine person telling you these bulbs are a genuinely good buy.

First I want to say that I was not paid by the company to write this review. I simply love these lights that much I am writing this review. My 2020 Ford Escape SE has many great features but the headlights were lacking. I don’t know why Ford put such quality craftsmanship in my car but the guy or group that decided to cheap out on the light bulbs and throw in low quality poor efficiency halogen bulbs should be fired. Fair warning, The pictures I attached are slightly misleading. In person, they have a slighter blue tint rather then the pure white in the picture. Keep that in mind when you buy these. My buddy has a 2019 anniversary edition jeep with equipped HID system and these LEDs are equally as bright and they were Plug n play.I am very impressed with the brightness. For now I have them a 5 star but I cannot comment on longevity. Considering it’s LED I would imagine I would get much longer lamp life then halogen but it all depends on the build quality. They feel built well but only time will tell.If you have projector head lamps and not impressed with the light output from your factory bulbs then look no further. This is what you want. I cannot express in text how happy I am with these. I feel safer on the road at night and anything you can do to make yourself and your family safer on the road, you should do. I highly recommend getting these. They are literally life changing and could be life saving.

I just put them in last week so longevity will have to come at a later time. They made a very big difference in my low beam car lights. Very bright. They’re not that easy to install for a layman but I took it to a place and it looked pretty easy for him. He just went in under the tire well and put it in. One thing to note is these did not fit plug and play wise in my 07 Nissan Altima 2.5l s. They had to adapt a little part of it which is supposed to be smooth below the light fixture and these have threaded connections of some sort. But they were able to somehow adapt these so they worked.

We’ll see how it goes. Very nice product, packaging. Reasonably easy to install. Not sure why the connectors are not polorized. One light didn’t come on… reversed the plug and worked properly. Bulbs are obviously whiter but not sure how much brighter. Ill take it for a spin tonight. Update if nessarry….edit…Not 300% brighter. Maybe 50% brighter but much whiter. I believe the color spectrum is easier to see reflecting off of iridescent/ reflective surfaces. Would still recommend.

I have a 2007 Toyota Camry XLE V6. I tried LED bulbs a few years ago and they interfered with the radio to the point that you couldn’t listed to it with the lights on so I returned them. Reviews indicated these didn’t interfere so I took a shot. 1) Significantly brighter than the Philips X-Treme Vision bulbs I was using and those would burn out in less than a year. 2) NO interference with the radio! 3) Easy to install! Even the directions were good, telling you which way the bulb should be oriented once installed. One bulb didn’t light but I simply unplugged it and turned the plug around and it worked fine. Must have been a polarity issue. While I can’t speak to longevity I can tell you that I reached out the seller with one question and they let me know that these have a two year warranty so if I have any issues, just reach out. And they were very fast with their response. I am buying another set for my wife’s Odyssey. Stop looking and get these!

Very bright light. VERY BRIGHT. I installed and one of them did not turn on. I took the connector off and plugged it in the opposite wires and it worked. You can plug them in incorrectly and the light will not work. If that happens unplug and flip the connector 180°. It worked for me. I have not had any problems yet. Driven in rain, and freezing temps so far and they work great.

I design consumer tech for a living, so not often I leave reviews, moreover positive reviews on anything. Buy these. They are as idiot proof and high quality (judging from face value-installed tonight) as advertised. Color/ hue is spot on. They don’t try to be HID nor do they carry that crappy cheap color signature most inexpensive LED bulbs do, and they don’t look like pep boys blue carnival impostures. Brightness/ clarity: BLOWN AWAY. At least as bright as their 300% brighter than halogen claim. Installed in the family heirloom -an 06 solara. I installed them in the dark, in the rain. In 5 min. These are the real deal. Will update review if they fail or light the car on fire.

The lights are very bright and matched the OEM brightness perfectly. I am not fond of having an additional piece of equipment hanging out of my headlight housing. The fan does not always run as the light remains very cool, but it does turn on and is a little louder than I thought it would be. However, if I put the inside cover on the sound does not come into the cabin, but makes the lights run much hotter which makes the fan run longer. I have chosen to leave the cover off to ensure the lights run cooler and the fan does not turn on as much or as long. Installation was very simply, remove old light and install new light.

Gradually rep[lacing all bulbs that I can with LEDs. These ar first confused me, because I thought they were supposed to have the same form as the originals. They do not; the power component handls from the back of the bulb. BUT, I like it better! Easier to install, and some zip ties are included to attach the hanging power component to adjacent wiring. I also appreciate that, although the lights are brighter than my OEM originals, they are not tooooo bright so that they cause a problem for oncoming traffic. I can’t speak to these lights’ longevity yet; it’s only been a few months since I installed them. But I am very pleased with the purchase and the vendor; the package and items included had everything I needed. I have since sought out the same vendor for additional lighting for my utility trailer. Good quality stuff. And, if I read it right, it’s from free Taiwan. Kudos..

I installed these only yesterday on my 2010 Prius so I cannot comment on the long term durability and performance. I have noticed a significant improvement in brightness however if your plastic housings are cloudy you will have reduced performance so you may want to buff them or replace them if they are very bad. These fit into my headlamp housing perfectly and are not flickering. The hardest part was my installation because it was hard to maneuver my hand in a very tight space on my 2010 Prius. The correspondence and follow up from this company is A+ and better than I have seen. The bulbs have a look and feel of very high quality and are packaged very nicely and secure. I recommend these.

My wife loves her 2006 Town and Country. We have had two 2006 – one with 360K miles when we sold it to a Gambler 500 racer and this one at 180K. We like everything about the van except the lights – hard to see to night. So for my wife’s birthday I ordered these and it took about 10 minutes to install them – Thanks Chrysler for making it so easy. The next day when she was in the garage she flipped on the lights and SCREAMED! They were so bright bouncing off the garage wall she though the card exploded. She is absolutely thrilled. When she got home she was doing the happy dance. So when she asked how hard they were to install of course I had to say it took hours of blood, sweat and tears but anything for you baby. Let’s just say Casanova hit multiple home runs with these LED’s.

Our 2015 Mazda CX-5 is a great car, but for some reason it has a poor headlight setup. That new of a car should have had LED headlights from the beginning, as the standard bulbs provided poor visibility at night especially during rain. A dim, warm headlight just wasn’t going to cut it for a long road trip we had planned.I ordered these LED headlights after having a more expensive pair in my cart. I got these because of the consistently high rating, lifespan rating, and the brightness rating for the price. They seemed entry level, so I was concerned about build quality and longevity. I purchased them when I saw a reviewer had success on a Mazda CX-5.Installation was a breeze. Build quality is solid, the metal has some weight to and is not cheap feeling. It really was as simple as plugging the new bulbs in. The only part that took time was deciding where to mount the bazooka bubblegum-sized box. I did have to pay special attention to getting the driver side bulb the correct orientation. After installing the bulbs at night, I took a short test drive to check the effectiveness of the upgrade. Instant satisfaction. Well worth the money. I don’t have a gauge on the longevity yet, but so far I’m happy with my purchase.

Zero errors on my 2010 Mercedes GL450!!! The 2010 GL is the most error prone car out there with aftermarket bulbs. Not only did these fit perfectly, but I have 3 sets, low beam (H7) high beam (H7) and fogs (H11) and all 3 are error free without the use of error cancelers. Love these bulbs so far. They are compact and the headlight cover still fits. They seem like quality bulbs. Hope they last long. You will need to dremel the stock H7 bulb adapter square opening to a round opening for LED bulbs to fit the high and low beams. This is easy to do with a sanding drum. Don’t bother buying the aftermarket Mercedes’ h7 led bulb brackets. They don’t fit good. Dremel your originals to make the led fit them. It takes 2 minutes per bracket.

The pictures speak for themselves. I have a 2018 Big Horn my dad has a 2013 Laramie. Side-by-side. Stock halogen in the 13 Laramie and Fahren LEDs in the 18 Big Horn (9005 high beam, H11 low beam and 9006 fog lights). Easy to install. No additional capacitors needed for any lights. Not sure they are 300x brighter as they claim, but easily 2x or 3x brighter. Easily worth the $120 for all 3 sets.

Finally feeling safe driving at night again. My halogens were starting to dim, so I knew they were on the way out.-Pics! The sun was setting during install, so the outside lighting is different in the Halogen pic vs LED pic, but it is still clearly obvious that the LEDs are WAY brighter.-Function exactly like stock, but way brighter than stock Halogen lights. ~200%-The light beam focus seems comparable to the stock halogen.-They turn on immediately, No flickering, no heat issues (it is cold this time of year though) If the fans make any noise at all, they cannot be heard over the engine/belts/radiator fan noise.-Installation of the actual led bulb to the housing was easy. The product fit perfectly in my 2013 Subaru Impreza Hatchback.*The plug IS DIRECTIONAL so if it doesn’t turn on, unplug it and flip the connector over.*Some small plastics had to be removed to get to the lights for my particular vehicle.I have only had them installed for a week, so I can’t speak about longevity yet, but a 2-hour mountain drive with no issues makes me feel pretty good about these so far.

Perfect replacement for the sickly yellow stock halgoen low-beams in my 2017 BMW i3. Brighter, whiter, and with at least twice the throw of the halogens (which were so poor as to be practically useless). Being LEDs, they are sensitive to polarity, but the worst case is you plug them in wrong on the first attempt, unplug, plug them in the other way, and they’re fine. Also, it seems odd that while one fit perfectly into the socket and was properly aligned (emitter plane was perfectly vertical), the other required a ~45° manual adjustment. As a major plus that shows good forward thinking, they come with several small twist ties and adhesive pads to secure the inline CanBUS modules to prevent them from rattling around after installation. Very well done.

Huge improvement over the stock halogen low-beams in my 2016 Subaru Outback. I know these are not Fahren’s brightest LED lamps (they have some that are 20,000), but the difference is still quite noticeable. Color temp is good…just bright white…not blue. About the same as our Chevy with HID’s. The cut-off of the upper part of the beam is at least as good as it was with the halogens.Took maybe 5 minutes / side to install. Really easy, with good access in the bay on the Outback.I installed Silver Star Ultras in the high-beam positions (also an improvement) because they double as daytime running lights (DRL), and putting LED’s in there causes them to run at full brightness during the day…blinding oncoming traffic, which is NOT recommended. Perhaps one day they will made some that work for the high-beams. Now I want to change-out the halogen fog lights as well. They look yellow by comparison.I’ve just ordered a second set (9006 this time) for my Buick. These are quite a value!

I had a light go out so I needed a pair to replace the old ones. I usually get the more expensive Sylvania bulbs. This time, however, I wanted something more longer lasting. These were well rated on Amazon and online so I decide to get them. They were onsale as well. Lucky me. And they were cheaper than the regular halogen bulbs I normally get.I quickly replaced the burned out bulb and turned on the lights. It was just like the pictures others have posted. The old light was yellow and dull, the new light was bright and bluish white.I was happy with the first one so I quickly replaced the other one. When I turned on the lights, the second light didn’t work. Okay, I’ll just reinstall it. That did the trick. I don’t know what happened the first time, but the second attempt worked just fine. With the lockdown I rarely go out at night so I need to take a test drive to see their true worth. They certainly passed the garage door viewing test.

Installed on 2020 Nissan Altima. As this was the base model it did not have upgraded headlights and they seemed a bit dim. The 60W (2x30W) bulbs made a huge difference. My results matched the advertising photos with 300% brighter seeming accurate. Color is nice white compared to factory yellow. The bulbs had a very nice high quality look and feel. I chose the 60W kit over the 120W kit with the hope that the lower wattage bulbs would last longer.Replacing the bulbs is not an easy task. There is no room to reach in from under hood. I had to remove tire and wheel well liner to replace bulbs. Not hard job if you have floor jack, tools and car repair experience.

If you would like to upgrade your car’s headlight, look no further, so far it has only been a month, and it’s been great! Clear and bright lights at night make it much easier for my mom to drive safely and confidently drive at night. Other reviews I have seen say they hear noise or that it is loud, I believe no such thing, as I truly believe it might be their car is busted or making its own noise. This product does not make any noise and if it does make a noise louder than your car engine I suggest you get a mechanic to see if your engine is working properly that something so small is making a noise louder than your driving and engine combined. Lastly I would suggest you add better adhesive material I had to use my own 3m tape to securely fasten it down.

Bright, installation depends on the car. Can say, in a 2007 Mercury Milan DOES throw error codes to the canBUS system. Found “KOOMTOOM Newest Enhancement CD7 Canbus Decoder H11 H8 H9 ” that a reviewer got to work in a near identical make car. Contacted Fahren after reading a response from them somewhere (If an additional decoder ect.. is needed one is sent for free) they sent me a link to a $40 decoder. They will reimburse half the cost of the decoder. Not bad considering it costs around the same as the bulbs did to begin with. If you Google best Led bulbs, seen them rank as high as 3’rd. Once it’s working I would buy from them again.Update: Decoders Got here from Hong Kong. Error codes are gone

I’ve had LED headlights from a different brand that constantly failed when the fans built up enough dirt to stop spinning. The slim design and exposed fan on these headlights make that far less likely to occur. They also take up less space directly behind the lights, so they’re easier to work with in the tight, confined space often found at the back of headlights.Between the haze on my headlight housing and poor camera quality, the true clarity and brightness afforded by these headlights is masked in my picture. I wish I had taken a before picture-the headlights didn’t glow like this with halogen bulbs! If these outlast the LED lights I’ve tried before, I honestly couldn’t be happier. The quality and materials are top notch.

These bulbs are killer! I’ve been contemplating buying a set for years now but haven’t because I’ve heard the beam pattern isn’t right when you convert from halogen to LED. The other day when both of my headlights burnt out at the same time, I decided to pull the trigger and buy a set. They arrived Sunday and I installed them. Installation was very easy, I just used rubbing alcohol to clean the paint and the backside of the drivers and used the included double sided tape to secure them. I was concerned the tape wouldn’t hold up in the Florida heat but was pleasantly surprised at how well it holds on. Once it got dark, I tested my lights and WOW! Just one bulb is brighter than my halogen low and high beams combined! And much to my surprise, the beam pattern with these LEDs was identical to with halogen bulbs (tested on a 2011 Toyota Camry). My wife saw my headlights and now she wants a set for her RAV4! We’ll see how they hold up over the, but so far I’m extremely impressed. The build quality of these is very good. The only thing I would change is make the cord from the driver to the bulb a little longer to facilitate mounting the drivers, but this was not an issue for me. Highly recommend these bulbs!

I upgraded my Low Beam headlights from HID kit to LED Kit and the installation was extremely easy. I had no adjustment whatsoever to make. The light is better than the HID I had and that came from a very expensive manufacturer (I regret my purchase due to the very high price but will keep them as a spare kit since they have been working excellent for 3 years just in case). Now I don’t know if it is normal, I see dark spots at night that are left and right and very close to the front of the car. I am wondering if I need to make some adjustments, in fact. I really don’t know. I don’t recall having noticed it with my HID. I hope I will know how to update my review down the road as I don’t know about the longevity since I just got them. But so far, I am glad I purchase them. I am going to reorder this item for my Fog Lights and see if the black spots still remain. I am looking for the H7 from that same brand to upgrade my High Beam but could not find them anywhere. Quite disappointed about it.Update. I looked back on Amazon website and it said “Doesn’t fit your vehicle”. So I contacted the manufacturer in regards of the black spots or shadows and I am waiting for an answer. Hopefully, I will be able to keep them. Will update this post down soon.

The Hikari H11 burned out after 3 years of used. Fahren bulb is showing good rating this year. Lights are bright and not flickering. Installation was a bit tricky mainly there are no marking of terminal on the car’s wiring. I’ll give Fahren a plus on having their marked. Installed is a little hard, mainly there is no room to get both hands to push/connect the wiring. Remain neutral on bulb’s longevity since they are new.So, I drove the van at night with the lights on and I noticed there is a dark spot in the middle. It’s like a void between the left and right head lights. Kind of distracting. May have to buy the old brand again.

Installation difficulty in most cars is likely due to physical access to the actual sockets in the headlight more than anything else. In my case, I found it much easier after I removed the air filter apparatus on the passenger side. Also, watch the polarity. Regular halogen bubs are keyed to prevent improper installation; these bulbs are not, so it’s very easy to connect them with + and – reversed. I bough 2 sets of 2 H11’s for both the regulars and the high beams (yes, it’s the same bulb for both), and I connected all 4 of them wrong. You would think random chance would allow me to connect at least one correctly! After I rechecked and corrected, all is well. Headlights are super bright, no radio interference, fan noise or other issues. No anti-flicker harness required.

My daughter’s car had fogged lenses when we bought it. She had a headlight go out the other day so I started searching for LED upgrades. I stumbled on these and installed this past weekend. Wow. These are WAY brighter than the OEM lights and cut through the fogged lenses way better. The biggest problem that I ran into was the extra box that has to be installed that’s attached to these as her socket has a cap that goes over it, so all of this had to fit in there. I was able to make it fit and she was very impressed.

Ordered these low beam LED’s for my 2013 Prius2. Installed them the next day. Driverside was the hardest for me. Not able to remove anything around the headlight under the hood. It took me about 20mins to install the driver side.As for the passenger side, I was able to remove the windshield wiper reservoir, to gain better access to the back of the light. Of course having big hands doesn’t help. These lights are
% brighter thantheOEM Halogen. I’m extremely impressed with the way they light up the road. If you have the OEM Halogen headlights and have trouble seeing at night, then you should really consider replacing with LED.I have added the high beam set to my cart, will purchase soon. Will have to update on longevity at a later date.

So the install was not as easy as plug and play, the headlight had to be removed, and I had to cut and modify the opening where the dust cover goes in order to allow the necessary clearance for the LED bulb to slide in and not interfere. The bulb socket in the headlight housing, and the dust cover opening are offset, great for regular H11 Bulb, but not enough clearance for an LED light bulb. I will post pictures of the style housing so people know what they are getting into. I have been waiting for a bulb with a small heat sink and fan assembly and this is the one. Finally. Loved the fact that it comes with a built in anti flicker module as well. And the brightness compared to my Sylvania H11 ZXE halogen bulbs is way brighter than I anticipated. I will definitely get my money’s worth from these bulbs.

few months after I bought this, 1 light started to flicker. So Ive tried to get a replacement and they said that they will replace it but I have to do some tests. ( why?? why give me a hard time?? ) but I did what they told me to do but this same light never stays on and flickers intermittently . So Ive replaced the damaged Led with my old halogen light ( it looks stupid but I have to go to work ) since theyll gonna send me a replacement. But after I told them what I did, Fahren Support Team wanted me to do more trials. Theyre making me buy their canbus and LED bulb (just one bulb with a 99% discount. ??? since I got one busted light, I guess..) See, I dont have time for this. Its still covered by warranty ( 50,000 hours ) why not just give me a replacement? To the support team, you guys supposed to do all these tests and not me.. This product is #1 on its category. Buyers should expect more from you.

Aesthetically these match the color temperature of the stock D4S (size) HID bulb in the so-equipped 2017 Legacy. Note some Legacy trims come standard with Halogen low beams, mine has HID low beams, EyeSight, and Steering Responsive Fogs. I may need to adjust the collet on these a bit, but on first install they seem acceptable. The included zip ties and orange grommets worked for me, noting the inner lip on the orange grommet goes on first. Got the polarity wrong on both the first try, so please remember to test before you close up your mudguards on H11-fog Subarus.Only have had these installed today, so can’t vouch for longevity, but prior LEDs of a similar build quality lasted over 6 months and we’re going strong when I sold that car.

I swore I’d never get fanned LED headlights again but these had such good Amazon reviews and good online reviews I had to try them. I bought sets for both my cars. This set I bought for my 2011 Kia Sorento with projector lenses. They are very bright and light up the road well without causing opposing traffic to flash me. I can hear the fans when my engine is off but it’s not too loud. My headlights have dust covers but there’s enough room to let the fans move air. I hope these last longer than the last set if LED lights. I like that these have a 2 year warranty so I feel secure about giving them a try.

These bulbs are great. Only thing I can’t speak to is their longevity. I purchased these over more expensive LED’s after reading about people saying LED’s aren’t actually brighter than halogens because they don’t produce the appropriate beam pattern and didn’t want to waste $500-$750. Whoa kay… These are amazing and replaced all the forward facing lights in my car for around $100. I did have to buy a PWM for my DRL’s, that I haven’t installed yet. The only way I could imagine these no improving your night vision over halogen is if you install them incorrectly or cover them after install. These brought my vision on ar with my other car that has HID’s. I would definitely recommend and purchase these again. If you’re looking to replace all your headlights and have DRL’s get the right PWM and follow the directions, should allow you to run LED high beam/DRL’s too.

I finally purchased the Fahren H11 headlight Bulb Conversion Kit after years of frustration in changing out my light bulbs every 12-18 months. I was hesitant to buy these because of the term ‘conversion kit.’ Yeah… it’s a non-issue.I live in the ex-burbs and drive 100+ miles round-trip to work and it’s annoying to have a light bulb out when driving on back roads. It’s especially bad in the winter months when it gets dark before I get home and I have concerns with deer on the road. When replacing the head bulbs, it was readily apparent how much brighter these LEDs are over the ones that I purchased at AutoZone. I look forward to these lights lasting longer than the 3 previous sets of bulbs combined.

Installation was a breeze, but after amonth of use, the bulb on the left side started going out. The light started flickering while I drove on the highway. I checked it out to see if the connection was loose, but nothing seemed to have changed. I unplugged/plugged it and the moment i turned on the car, the light continued to flicker. The right seemed fine though.Update: 8 Aug 2020A couple of days after the left bulb went out, I reached out to their customer service and they were very helpful. After a couple of inquiries, they sent me a new set, which I received and installed today. Upgraded the stars to 5 for customer service.

*UPDATE*After trying 3 different brands of LED lights they all did the same things this set did. so i started reading some forums and found that what i thought was the Fahren products fault was really my trucks. So i want to make sure the product gets an updated review. My problem was solved by installing Diode Dynamics anti flicker module (for anyone one out there with a 2015 RAM). this set of LEDS were great, wish i would have learned about the forums earlier.installed them on my 2015 ram 1500 w/out projector. worked great for a day then driving home from work the second night the lights blinked off the came right back on, then a mile down the road the lights went out. turned on my fog light and pulled over and while thinking about what to do they poped back on. thought it might be bumps or the ruff road but after driving around my house it seamed to be random. the next day i sat in my truck for 30 minuts to see if it was a heat issue but noting, i did notice that when i rev my engine that the lights dim and some times pulse. that night i drove to the store and lights went out again. i will be returning them and buying a nicer brand.

I saw these while looking for LEDs on my 2015 Ford Focus ST, and I thought that it had a pretty low price for LEDs, so I took them with caution. To say my expectations were exceeded is an understatement! My brother and I got to work on installing these onto the low beam section. I’m expecting a small but finicky 30-minute job, because our 2007 Suburban running lights were a huge pain to replace.8 minutes later and I’ve got a brand new look for the car, thanks to Fahren! You might be thinking I’m extending my feeling towards this product but trust me: these are SUPER easy to install when it comes to locking them in place in the headlight assembly.Overall:Model: 2015 (2015-2018) Ford Focus ST, stock headlights, not HIDPrice: $39.99Instructions: didn’t need them, honestlyInstallation difficulty: kind of effortlessInstallation time: 8-10 minutes

I have a 2015 Chevy Sonic and needed a new headlight. I’ve been wanting to try LED’s, but have been reticent as there are no reviews specific to my vehicle. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered these lights as they get good reviews, they can be adjusted and ultimately returned if they don’t perform as promised. Well, the install was easy and the LED’s were pre-adjusted so they were vertical in the housings as they should be. The lights are very bright and they light up the road well. I’ve not yet received any flashing from oncoming driver’s, so the aim appears to be unaffected. The only downside is that I cannot use the OEM dustcaps on the lights, but I am researching a work around. I’ve had the lights about four months now and so far, so good.

As I am getting older the old lights for my vehicles just don’t get things bright enough at night, but these help A LOTEasy to install, really brightens up the night and honestly it doesn’t distract or blind the on coming drivers, unless you have high beams on! which you shouldn’t do anyways. Note though some vehicles will require that you get a set for low and a set for high beams. Also this is PLUG and Play no condenser or reducer you need normally when installing LED lighting. just take out the old ones put in the new ones and DON’T look into the light! May need to adjust the beam with housing, screw easy to do and is what you should do every time you replace headlights.

My night vision is fading and the lights that came on my truck just don’t do the job anymore. My son installed some LEDs in his car and recommended I do the same. What a difference. People were flashing their lights at me to dim my lights but I didn’t have the high beams on. Fortunately I can lower the angle of the headlights so they won’t blind on coming traffic. The reason for the 4 rating on installation is not the fault of the bulb but the cramped space to work in to install them. That lack of space made rotating the bulbs difficult but I got them installed.

I have a 2019 Cruze LS. Base model, boring halogens. Got these for Christmas after complaining through two sets of headlights. My husband sent me a video of my car behind his at night because I wanted to see how they looked behind someone. Ha likes when I follow him when we drive separately. But he said he’d just about rather have me ahead of him for the sake of not being blinded by my lights in his mirrors.I don’t have a single complaint about these. Super easy install, look beautiful. Waiting on the brights to come in tomorrow so I can blind everyone.ETA 2-21-2022. I was pulled over recently because of these. The cop said he thought my brights were on. If that doesn’t sell ya, I don’t know what would. GET EM.

This company clearly takes pride in their product. They are shipped in a well-packaged, neatly displayed, heavy cardstock box with thick foam inside. The bulbs themselves are a heavy-duty anodized aluminum. There’s very little plastic to be found on these. The quality is the first thing you notice. The color temperature is just right at a hint toward the cooler side of pure white. The output is very noticeably brighter for the low beams. The high beams are astoundingly bright! The instructions will help you make sure the beam pattern is correct, and they come with an Allen key should you need to adjust the set screw on the bulb collar. They even come with a pair of zip ties and adhesive pads for mounting the driver pack. Very nice touch! They come with a 1-yr warranty, but if you register online, you get an additional year. It’s great when a company stands behind their product. There’s a lot of junk out there, especially in the aftermarket car parts world. This is not that. Great product!

I recently purchased 9005 for my ’13 Scion tC RS8.0, using the brights and changing to low beams had a big change, low beams wasn’t that great so I bought H11 from Fahren. install was a breeze.

Had to return a set because the LED was damaged. The “aircraft aluminum” is really soft and the set screw stripped out when I was changing a bulb location. Once installed these bulbs are fine, but handle with extreme care while installing. TEST, TEST TEST your Chinese made electronics. I stress tested my bulb set by running my low and high beams for 1 hour straight and the bad bulb presented itself quickly.I’m testing these with the Beamtech H11. As for output there’s no difference between light output or quality or cutoff line. The heatsink on the Beamtech gets scaldingly hot during normal operation. The Fahren spreads its heat between the driver and bulb fan very well. In close quarters operation, the fan of the Fahren is more useful. For the Fahrens, do yourself a favor and get some larger zip ties. Look for high heat points (300 deg F or up) and UV resustance. These cost very little per 100.Lastly for this update, I’m running LED highbeams at 13.4 volts, the most my vehicle allows. The reflector lens sends this light about 1/3 mile center over and forward of the low beam cutoff line in an urban setting. To be certain, Ultras by Sylvania or Phillips Super Brights would throw light much further, but the life of those bulbs is much shorter than the factory spec H11LL. I’m not unhappy though. With the software I described, I set my low, high and fog lights to be able to run simultaneously.***The early review is that these bulbs are leagues above the stock headlights. I love the brightness and white light the Fahrens offer. I’m going to update with photos but I wanted to use this space to explain some information about LED upgrades in general, FCA products specifically and working with the Fahrens because the manual leaves a lot to be desired.TL:DR: The Fahren bulbs are fantastic replacement in the reflector lenses of the 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan in both the high and low beam positions. For FCA vehicles, you need software, like AppCar Diag FCA, to disable PWM voltage management (by switching the headlights to HID) to stop the LED flickering and to enable the volt step control if you wish to continue using the highbeam bulb position for the low beams. This can also be done by a decent dealership, but the software is easier and not too expensive.WARNING: Do not buy electronic items for any reason from the web unless you are ready to work with or install the product within the return period. TEST, TEST, TEST before throwing away the packaging! When installing the bulbs, read or watch videos online, even if you think you know what you’re doing. Many, many newer cars use a headlight mounting system incorporated into the bumper or the trim. This means you may need to remove these things. Trim tools are cheap here on AZN. If your headlamp install involves removing plastic “xmas tree” fasteners, buy extra replacements here on AZN. Aftermarket fasteners can be bought in 25, 50 and 100 quantities for as much as 1 OEM clip. The black wire from your car’s headlamp plug ‘usually’ is the negative (-), but this may not be universally true. If your get your bulb installed well and it does not light, first make sure the male plug from the car is pushed in firmly into the female bulb ends. The click sound alone may not indicate the bulb is plugged in fully. Second, if the bulb doesn’t light and it’s plugged in snugly, reverse the plug. The Fahren blub is polarity protected, it’ll on light when plugged in properly.*TEST TEST TEST all lights in the headlamp assembly BEFORE your reassemble. The headlamp wire is part of a harness and you can dislodge other wires inadvertently. TEST TEST TEST all the bulbs immediately after reassembly for the same reason.FAHREN H11 BULB NOTES: 360 collar is not described in the booklet manual included with the bulb so I’ll explain here. In the box you get an allen key. It’s small and narrow so don’t misplace the tool. There is a set screw on the collar, under the blue gasket. Loosen, but don’t fully extract the set screw. Right is right, left turn of the screw is loose. Holding the bulb upright (power cable dangling down), you can push down on the collar against the white gasket and rotate the collar. Do not stop at the two index holes on the collar as a set position. Those index points are to remove the collar from the bulb and are not snug enough for inserting and removing the bulb. If your bulb does fit because of the locking tabs, you can try to get horizontal clearance at the index points, but for most installations this should not be an issue.Aluminum is soft. Do not overtighten the set screw. Snug the set screw without over tightening it.***With the bulb in the housing, the LEDs need to be pointing left and right against the reflector, collector or projector, and be parallel to the ground. Said another way, the rectangle tip of the bulb should be perpendicular to the ground. This is essential! If your install goes well but your light looks dim or has dark spots, check that the bulb is mounted as I described here.***ABOUT CANBUS: As your shopping for LED bulbs, you see info about CANBUS readiness and such, it’s all BS. CANBUS is a vehicle communication standard pioneered by Bosch. Simply put, CANBUS is a language that you car’s computer modules can use to deliver commands, record statuses for review and ensure that commands are valid as they are delivered in the heat and vibrations of your car’s wiring. CANBUS also saves wiring as commands can be sent over wire. For example: on your CANBUS car, if you roll down the window in the back passenger side from the driver’s seat, that front switch is no longer wired to the back window. All the window switches are computer modules–you press the window down button, the module under that button sends a digital code requesting a window rolled down, other modules on the CANBUS validate that request and once the recode is validated the window rolls down. This all happens at the speed of electricity. CANBUS is now a legal requirement on most passenger vehicles sold in the US and elsewhere as the full status of all CANBUS actions are stored in all of the car’s computer modules, similar to an airline blacknox.Knowing that now, know this: There are no CANBUS ready bulbs. The BULB itself does not contain a computer module that sends codes in the CANBUS.Instead, what cause poor bulb compatibility is either how the car powers a bulb, or how the car detects a bulb that’s blown out. For bulb power, a bulb can be volt controlled–lower the voltage, dim the bulb; or via Pulse Width Management (PWM) in which the car sends and removes current from a bulb at a speed inpercipitable to the human eye. PWM can extend the life of bulbs while saving electricity because for a few milliseconds, the halogen gas in the bulb continues to throw light in the absence of energy. This not only saves bulb life but also a modicum of fuel. Fiat Chrysler loves PWM. LED bulbs do not.RUNNING LEDs IN FCA VEHICLES: Most Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge and Ram that were designed pre-factory LEDs have software settings that can easily allow the car to run LED headlamps, but you’ll need your dealer’s help, or your own software. Many Chryslers run PWM by default, and this needs to change.I use AppCar Diag FCA. Funny name and a bit pricey, but this software allows you to change internal settings in FCA vehicles at the dealer level. This is software for a PC so you’ll need that and and OBDII to USB interface cable. And old laptop is great for this. The relevant settings are as follows:-Use the “Canada” country code in the software. This will keep your dash measurements in the setting you had them in (US or Metruc) but give you full control over the daytime running light set up. In Canada, DRLs can be low beams, high beams at 50% power, fog lights or turn signal bulbs fully illuminated. If you car has DRLs set in the highbeams, the Canada setting may be active already.-In the software menu for Programable Features, select headlamps. In the setting for headlamps select HID/Xexon under the low beam menu. If you go on and select Bixexon, you will disable the ability to use highbeams as DRL, but this is not necessary: simply selecting the HID setting for lowbeams will disable PWM for both the low and hi beams. No ,ore flickering. If your want to keep the DRL in the highbeam and want to use LED, you can set the voltage for each high beam bulb individually between. 6 and 13.4 volts. Most bulbs on AZN are rated for 9 to 12, 24 or 36 volts (the Fahrens are 9-36 volts). Each whole volt belt 13 will dim the light output, so I’m testing my Fahren highbeam DRLs at 9 volts. When the highbeam switch is activated, the full 13 volts are sent and the reflector directs the light up and center of the lowbeam cutoff line. The lowbeam LEDs run at 13 volts.FOR VOLVOS: Good freaking luck: the low beam bulb out is measured by the resistance of the specified halogen bulb. The spec for this was designed too tightly by the engineers. You’ll have to find a resistor that can exactly draw the resistance of the spec halogen bulb. If you can get your hands on VIDA software, there is a similar HID setting like the FCA process, but I dont have a way to test this.FOR OTHER CARS: “Decoder” is a fancy name for a resistor or capacitor or combination therein that attempts to trick the car into thinking that the LED bulb is using as much power as the factory specified bulb (the resistor), and stops flickering by storing voltage and releasing in a more normalized current (the capacitor). You success with this may vary.I am currently testing the Fahren H11 and Beamtech fanless H11 in my car and will report back often. I just got sick and tired of reading the loads of market speak or complete BS about this upgrade.

UPDATE IS BELOW THE ORIGINAL REVIEW….I was moderately skeptical of a $34 set of LED H11s but 23K reviews at 4.5 stars have to mean something. I just installed these tonight on my 2019 GMC Canyon. Once you get some of the OEM plastic shields out of the way, there is plenty of room inside the headlamp to fit everything and the cover goes back on no problem. The LEDs came correctly indexed so they are shining to the sides (projector lamp.) One thing to note is that if it does not power on, just like the wiring sticker states, reverse the connector. They are omni directional H11 connectors and one way works, the other does not. I was also not sure I’d like a 6500K light, but it really looks to me more of a 4500K light. It is not blue at all. A little bit purple, but no more so than an OEM LED setup. Very Very white light on the road. The lumens are definitely worlds ahead of my Crystalvision halogen H11s, so I had to adjust the low beams down a few turns so they are not blinding everyone around them. The fans are super quiet and you would not be able to hear them inside the housing. The beam pattern pretty much eliminated the need to turn on my foglights as I can barely see them making a difference on the road. Overall, keep in mind its been one day, I am very pleased. Especially for sub $40. Hopefully they last at least a year per bulb. I would not have an issue with that. The halogens go about a year with my use rate. These are actually cheaper than the Crystalvision H11s, and the install is no harder, but the output is way more worth it. Also, works perfectly fine with the DRLs since this truck uses the low beams on full output and not a reduced voltage for the DRLs and the high beams are a separate bulb so its a real simple and well worthwhile investment in my opinion – so far – day one.UPDATE: The lights in the 2019 Canyon have been in there for about 4 months now, absolutely love these. So much so that I ordered a second set for a 2015 Buick Encore, direct plug and play (projectors) and another set recently for a 2017 Buick Encore (non-projectors) these were a little harder to install, had to clock these 90 degrees to get the correct light pattern and had to reuse the gaskets from the original H11 bulbs, the ones that came with these lights were just a tad too thick and I could not lock the bulbs in completely. But that was not a big deal considering how well they have performed in my other 2 vehicles.Very please and highly recommended. About to purchase a 4th set.

I put these H11s in the fog lights on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The originals looks like little yellow ornaments below the HID headlights and it was very hard to tell whether they were on without looking closely at the ground just ahead when switching them off or on. With these in the road is much better illuminated. The fog lights throw enough light to the side that I can now see round the corners in my drive, the Jeep headlights never provided enough illumination when taking tight turns, especially out on trails. Installation was easy. With the lights set the way they arrived the cable exits to the left when viewed from behind, rather than below as the stock lights. But since the connector is on the end of a cable that isn’t an issue. The only difficulties were with the Jeep part of the task. You can just get one hand in behind the wheel arch liner and the shield behind the lights, but that’s enough to unplug the cable, swap the bulbs, and reinstall the cable. Just remember the orient the cable to the left, about the 7 o’clock position, plug them in then rotate until they lock with the cable about 9 o’clock. Time will tell for longevity, so far they have about ten minutes on them.

I replaced the headlight housings in my Mazda 3 as they were yellowed and filled with water. I complained to my husband “i couldn’t see down the road at night” so he said F IT! And bought me the “brightest lights he could find”. I busted out laughing the very next day going to work. Its like 4am and i’m lighting up people’s houses on both sides of the street. Reflective signs in any direction. I counted ny beams going 7 cars up in front of me. I took the car the next day to the mechanic and said i needed them aligned. He came out said, ok done…they were a little low. LOW??? Fast foward to this morning. I have people flashing their lights at me, and others deliberately getting behind me and then flipping their brights on just to sit behind me. Fun! But, i have to say…they are absolutely bright. BRIGHT. Good for backroads good lighting, but maybe for highways…eh i dunno.

One out of 6 FAHREN bulbs failed after just 3 mos. in the middle of Death Vally at night. Fortunately it was just a fog light. I contaced FAHREN waranty service and will update as soon as they respond. Hopefully this isn’t a sign of things to come regarding their product because they have a great beam spread and are very bright.their warranty service pulled through and I’m changing my rating to five stars. Super bright great beam spread, pretty easy install. I have 12 their lights in three vehicles and I only had problems with one which they rectified ASAP

Finally took the plunge into LED headlights after a pair of overclocked halogens bit the dust. So far this pair seem to be performing as expected and promised. It is critical that you ensure the led emitter base is vertical when seated in to the headlight assembly. Was easy for this install as the adjustment screw was lined up with the led emitter base so I could see where the LED position ended up in comparison to the headlight projector – led emitters should be side to side not on the top / bottom of the bulb once seated and you may have to work with the bulb base a few times to get it just right in tight space applications as I did. I installed into a 2017 Accord EX-L with Safety and Security options (ACC/LKAS) – so plenty of space on the right side however left side was tight and took a little longer.Cooling fans are not noticeable when the car is not running. Smaller base with the canbus pack outside the base was a nice application feature which should keep additional heat off the led emitter base. I will be going back in in a week or two to clean up the zip ties in a more permanent arrangement. They are secured now for use however need to be tweaked just a little. There has not been any radio / gps / or safety security interference that I can hear or see, lights are instant on and bright as described.Looking forward to seeing the long term life of these and will update as we go along.

Was looking for led bulbs for my 2016 Ford Escape. Was hesitent due to the concerns with flickering amd low beam alerts other vehicles had. I could not find anything online for my specific year having issues. So I bit the bullet and decided to test myself. I wanted the 6000k look but didnt want to blind drivers as well. I had them installed in 5 minutes. Super easy to install and to adjust. I ordered a set of canbus error resistors. However did not need those. As they come attached already. As for longevity. I just got them today. Only time will tell. For now a 5 star all around. I did some night driving and man what a difference. The bead light pattern is very good and not all over the place. Which could be an issue using reflective housing. They have a mild blueish tent to them. Can really see more of the road. Great LED bulbs.

Just installed in 2011 Nissan Rogue. These led lights can’t be be reviewed properly until time has passed since they all work great at first. Time will tell for how long they will work for. I bought a pair from a store a year ago thinking since it’s leds they should last like 5 years. No such luck. And I paid like $100. These were only $40 and look just as good. They are rated at 50000 hours but I dought it. I expect more like 8 months or like 10000 hrs. Let’s see what happens. Will update if they fail sooner. Good luck out there.

So these are the first LED upgraded lights I’ve installed in my car and let me tell you, aside from my car having a HORRIBLE setup for its headlights, these were a snap to install. Almost quite literally plug and play from the stock halogen bulbs. Now these do need an extra transformer that is included in the box. And in my car, a 2011 Elantra, they’re too big to seal up the factory head light assembly with it’s big plastic cover, but being under the hood and tucked away they are I’ve had them for months, driven in rain and never had an issue.I will say something that surprised me was that the little fans on the lights that keep them cool, they are loud. When I turn my engine off, before I turn off my headlights, you can hear the fans from inside the car. That’s a byproduct of Hyundai engineering and loud fans. That being said, when driving you can’t hear a thing. And living in the country with very few street lights having brighter than normal headlights is a godsend!Whether you buy these particular lights or not, I recommend 100% getting brighter headlights if you live in the country.

As you can see from the before and after picture, these headlights made a very big difference. In my 2015 Mazda 6, I had to peel back the mudguards after removing clips in order to access the low beam sockets. I previously thought that I bought the wrong headlights but it turns out i was trying to replace the high beam headlights as they were more visible than the low beams. The clips from the mudguard that I had to remove in order to install these, are not replaceable so I had to order new ones online so the mudguards weren’t exposed. It was a hassle to install, but overall the hard work paid off and the reason I am giving 5 stars is because the product itself is very well made and once you get access to the low beam sockets, it’s pretty straightforward to install them from there. Note: If you connect these headlights to your car and the lights won’t turn on, go back to them, unplug the cable, and turn them around and plug them in the opposite way and they will most likely turn on (this happened to me on both of them).

SUPER BRITE LIGHTS!! I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra and these lights make a HUGE difference over even the top of the line tube bulbs (Which burned out fast btw). I bought the recomended anti-flicker kit and mounted everything with the zip ties and velcro for padding. Everything was plug and play easy. The bulbs were a little difficult to twist into the headlight housing, but at least I know that they are snug!Highly recommend for anyone who don’t already have lights like these!I liked them so much, I ordered fog lights too

I was recommended these LED’s by a reddit thread. I couldnt be happier… they were super easy to install, fit perfectly, and are snug and like OEM. They came with zip ties and double sided sticky tape stuff that help secure the cooling portion to the car to eliminate rattles. LED’s were super overpriced for a long time so I held off, some brands flicker and dont cool enough, these have fans built on the back of the actual bulb.I work at a Toyota Dealership, we used to recommend another brand until they raise their prices so much it made no sense to continue to use them and we havent really found a replacement. I plan on recommending these today after having them for a few days. They have a great clear white light and they come with a little Allen wrench to adjust the beam if needed.I ordered another set for my fog lights the other day and they are set to arrive today, I will install those as well.

Completely satisfied! These were very easy to install. It took about 20-30 minutes. They are very bright and I like the cool temperature color. It is a white color compared to the halogen bulbs. One photo shows low beams only. The other with high beams on. You can see the color difference. But the low beams are so bright, I don’t ever need to use my high beams. It is also very easy to adjust the orientation of the bulbs for optimum beam pattern. I only had to adjust one, the other was correct upon install. I have only had them installed a couple of weeks, so I can’t rate their longevity. Fast shipping and great customer service follow up by email informing me that if there is any problem they want I know and will replace them or suggest a solution. I will definitely buy them again. I have only

*****BUYERS BEWARE*****Bought these for my vehicle in April 2021. Installed and really liked the difference they made. Like them so much so that I purchased 5 additional sets of the same brand for our other vehicles.Fast forward to June of this year where suddenly my vehicle would not start and the battery was drained. Replaced the battery, and no more than 4 days later the new battery too was drained. Went out and jump started the vehicle and upon starting, things began smoking and heard two load pops. Had to pay to have the vehicle towed to my mechanic’s shop. Took a week for the mechanic to determine both fans were burned out, another battery was completely dead, and the alternator too was damaged (burned). All this and over $1,000 later the culprit was a faulty new Fahren bulb. Now Amazon says they won’t reimburse me for my damages never mind I just want the vehicle expenses reimbursed and don’t care that I was out a vehicle for over 10 days now. All Amazon said they would help with is refunding me for 6 sets of bulbs I purchased. If you bought these, please request a refund immediately and remove the bulbs from your vehicle.I was fortunate my vehicle didn’t catch fire and hope to save someone from experiencing what I am going through.*****BUYERS DO NOT BUY IF YOU LIKE/LOVE YOUR VEHICLE*****

Purchased and installed these H11 LED’s as fogs on my ’17 Ford Escape. These things are BRIGHT! The picture doesn’t truly do justice to how bright these really are (LED on the passenger side, Sylvania Silverstar on drivers side, if that wasn’t already obvious). They’ve made a huge difference in nighttime visibility, especially to the sides being that they’re installed in the fog housing. They were easy to install and can be rotated a true 360 degrees, held in place with a lock screw. This is vital for my vehicle as the mount cutout is a bit odd on the ’17 Escape fog lights. I purchased another brand prior to these but they didn’t rotate enough to get a true vertical orientation of the bulb that is required with LED’s. While they are super bright, the color temp is a bit on the cool side, enough that they make the LED DRL look yellow by comparison. Overall I’m very satisfied. I will probably upgrade my bi-xenon headlights to a cooler temp to even things out a bit.

This is probably the best LED set up at… this price range and even exceeding other product costing over $100.. I’m a professional truck driver and I mostly drive at night and these bulbs Excel under all conditions. They’re extremely easy to install and are can bus ready so no dashboard error on your vehicle,See Photo 2017 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution Error Free Dash. Don’t hesitate don’t look for others this is it believe me when I tell you there are so many other products on Amazon that you could get lost looking where has this it’s staring you right in the face if you don’t trust me trust the other reviews…Fahren knocked it out of the park with this one! I will be buying a set from my high beams and my fog lights as I can’t ignore quality and performance you get with these…No I have not been paid by manufacturer for this review, it’s my honest review and satisfaction…Will update this review as time goes by if needed(Long Term)If I See Negatives….. also notice the bulbs clear my bulb cover perfectly…

I installed these on my 2011 Chevy Malibu LT. These cars use reflector headlights. While they aren’t terrible, they leave a lot to be desired compared to newer projector style headlights. With that being said, I’ve tried upgrading to brighter halogen bulbs with mixed results. Yes, they are slightly brighter. But, they also burn out way too fast. As these cars require you to remove the bumper cover to access the headlights, which also need to be removed, I’ve grown tired of having to change headlight bulbs every other year.I have purchased other brands of LED headlight bulbs with great success. While I have no experience with Fahren, the headlights had very good reviews. I was very skeptical they would be very good, as the cost is far less than others. The install took all of 5 minutes, once I spent an hour removing the bumper cover (argh!). They are very slim and take up no more room than the standard halogen bulbs. I decided to “splurge” and installed four bulbs total…two for the low beam, and two for the hi-beam. The Bulbs are aligned from the factory, so I did not have to adjust the set screw to orient the bulbs straight up and down. Once installed, I spent the next 30 minutes fine tuning the light beam against my garage door. These lights seemed to be slightly lower than the halogen, but it was easy enough to use the headlight’s built in adjuster to raise the beam slightly. Once adjusted, and the bumper cover reinstalled, I took her for a test drive.Overall…wow! I mean WOW! The difference was incredible. Even using Silverstar Ultra bulbs (one of the brightest halogen on the market…that last about 1 year), the difference was massive! Gone was the orange-yellow dim light, replaced by crisp white light. These are easily 100% brighter than any halogen I’ve used in this car. One of the nice features of the Malibu from this year is it uses two lights for low beam and two for high. Many cars use a shutter on the low beam bulb to give you both low and high. But on the Malibu, switching to hi-beam (bright) illuminates all four bulbs and truly is incredible to see. The amount of light it throws down the road is eye opening! And because it’s a pure white light, objects you normally wouldn’t see really jump out of the darkness. Street signs are incredibly crisp and can easily be seen now.The lights utilize a small fan on the back to keep the LED cool. It’s virtually silent! I expected a slight noise, but honestly, once the car was back together, you can’t hear them at all!So, in summation, I would HIGHLY recommend you give these a try. Installation is very easy (assuming you can access the back of your headlights) and connection to your car’s wiring is simple…plug and play. I can’t speak to the longevity of these, but time will tell. They are rated to last…well, near forever, so we shall see. If they last even half as long as the claim states, they will be around for longer than the car. Well done Fahren!

I received these late in the day, as always with amazon. Their trucks pass my house 5 times a day from 6am till 4-5pm, but my packages arrive around 8 or 9 consistently. WTS, its late but my wifes vehicle has a HL out so this was a crucial repair b/c CHP LOVE to generate revenue for the crooked politicians, so I got right on this asa they arrived. Replacing these on 2010 suburban is not for amateurs. This set up is time consuming & if your not careful can cost you expensive repairs or replacement parts & tons of hassle. I unbolt half the west coast to get at the headlight to carefully finagle it out of its nesting place, twist out the old, twist in the new, hook up the electrical harness BEFORE putting it all back together(smart right?) and whalah! pretty bright 6500K light shines on my front porch. COOL, lets clean off an appropriate spot with alcohol & affix the resistor with the included double stick tape they provide & snug the wiring harness to another appropriate section with the mini zip tie included. Now I finagle the headlight assembly back into its nest, and its NOT seating properly? I will attach photos to show the right side VS the left side & what the assembly Should look like once bolted down. I will also include WHY its not nestled properly. The clearance of this bulb set up needs correcting. It is too long & hits a vertical cross piece behind the front headlight assembly. THIS product claims to fit my make/model and it does not. That is considered false advertising & cost me time & aggravation. Know your product & check clearances before making false claims about proper fit. If a “shop” installed these, theres a good chance the poor owner would never know that these bulbs are placing the entire headlight assembly under stress that will eventually cause something to fail/break/shatter. It could be one or quite a few of the many intricate parts of the expensive HL assembly, OR cracks caused by the improper fit will create water leaks/moisture collection inside the assembly, you get the point I hope. I’m just trying to educate others on proper fit & clearances, these AM parts should have more stringent QC bc this sort of nonsense costs the consumer major unnecessary expenses in the long run or even in the short term, & either way the actual culprit skates away scott free with your money. I will be researching the “daylights” out of clearances now, not trusting or believing the claims of the sellers/manufacturers.

The ease of installation will largely depend on your car, but anything fairly recent should be pretty easy to access. On my 2010 Lexus RX350 it was easy for both my high and low beams, but harder for my fog lights that required taking apart my wheel well, which was a first for me.Replacing the high and low beams took about 30 minutes combined with the longest time spent figuring out the best place to cable tie the electronics boxes so they weren’t flopping around. Replacing the fog lights took me about an hour, but the first was 40 or so minutes spent learning how to carefully pry everything apart without breaking or marring things. As for the lights themselves, I think the color temperature is just right for what I like, a nice pure white (I hate when it’s too far into the blue). I can’t speak to longevity as I’ve only had the low beams in for about 2 weeks, but I liked driving with them so much I bought the high beams and fog lights soon after. I really hope they don’t dim or die too much too soon. They claim they last 50000hrs (seemingly ~500x longer than the last halogens I bought), but I’d be happy getting a few years out of them.I got LED lights because I realized other car’s lights were so much brighter than mine that when I drove at night I could see my own shadow ahead of me with the cars behind illuminating more of the road around my shadow. I had put in new bulbs last December, but the brighter halogens only last around 100 hrs and are too expensive at around $70 a pair. These LED lights arent *quite* as bright as some others on the road, but I think they are at a good level where I don’t feel like I’m blinding anyone yet still get a marked improvement over my previous halogens. The only downside I noticed was that after installing my high beams my daytime running lights seem to flicker (none of the LED bulbs flicker when in use). One critique I do have is that the plug that connects to your wiring harness will snap in in both orientations, so I was 50/50 for having to disconnect the light just to rotate the connecter 180 degrees and plug it back in. It seems like the H11 connector standard allows for the connector to have an orientation so that it can only plug in in one way so I don’t quite understand why they didn’t just make the plugs that way.Something could be said for the fact that the fans on the lights are not completely noiseless and the whine is particularly noticeable when the lights stay on for a few minutes after I turn the car off. But, i can’t hear it when I’m in the car driving so really it’s a non issue. I am a little concerned though that the fan’s may die earlier than the LEDs and the heat build up after that will negatively affect their lifespan. All in all, I would recommend these bulbs as they are a good value for the price and even if I have to replace them yearly they’d still be ~$30 cheaper than the halogens I was using.

After using for a Month and a Half…Our original headlights were OK. Most of our driving is in city so plenty of street lights, but she would always drive 5mph below speed limit (i.e. 20 in 25), and on rainy nights my wife would ask if they were on… soo…Did some research and found these. They are freaking Awesome. I installed them with little hassle. The originals were in a bit of a tight space to get out, but managed. Put these in like the instructions indicated, so no adjustments required. And even in direct 2:00pm afternoon sun light, these were clearly visible on the fence at the edge of the driveway (Approx.. 30′ away)We love them, and now the wife at least will do speed limits at night now.
Highly recommend!!!

These LED’s are really easy to install. Pay attention to how the unit fits inside the headlamp. It should twist and lock snugly in place. If the unit will not seat snugly, take off the blue O-ring and replace it with the O-ring on the old bulb. Works like a charm! Also, make sure to open the black plastic pouch to retrieve the Allen key if you need to adjust the LED bulb. There is a small set screw on the neck of the unit. Gently twist it loose with the Allen key, then you can rotate the bulb. Make sure to tighten it in place before installing. Depending on how your headlight assembly is, you can tuck the driver and wire harness into the opening. If not, they give you skinny zip ties and double sided tape. I would not recommend re-installing the rubber cap unless you drill a hole through it to escape the heat. For reference, I installed these h11’s in my 2018 VW Passat R-Line. Hope I was helpful to someone!

I bought these LEDs along with 3 others on Amazon (Techmax Mini, Hikari “Eye of Megatron”, Aukee) to test them all out and decide which was best for my car (2018 Subaru Forester). The reason I was buying them was to replace some other LEDs that the previous owner installed that had a pretty bad beam pattern; I had many drivers on the road flashing their high beams at me, indicating that they thought I had my high beams on, but it was just that my low beam’s pattern was too broad and was shining in everyone’s eyes.So I tested out these LEDs among the three others and I went with these strictly because it had the best beam pattern. In all other aspects (brightness, color, loudness of fans) all lights were very comparable. I was surprised that not only these LEDs were the best, but the most expensive ones that I purchased (Hikari “Eye of Megatron”) had the worst beam pattern. I’m now looking to get the same lights for my DRLs/high beams.

LED bulbs typically last 2 years on my Honda pilot. I can not say how long these will last before fading to the point where the car behind me casts a shadow in front of me. These bulbs are very bright and I can see deer that I could not see before on the same road and under the same conditions. So these bulbs are off to a better start than previous LED bulbs. I think I would purchase other LED products with this brand name. BTW clean your headlight lens with toothpaste + H2O instead of buying anything else it works very well.

I purchased these for my 2017 Nissan Titan, and they work perfectly. No adjustments were necessary for these to have a good beam pattern. They provide a clean white light, and since the beam pattern is almost exactly the same as halogen bulbs, they don’t blind the vehicle in front of mine.I can’t comment on longevity yet, but these seem to be doing well so far. Some LED bulbs cause a CHECK ENGINE light, but these have not done that. I also haven’t had any radio interference from these bulbs either.Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

Exact fit for H11s in my 2015 Prius. It is very compact compared to other LED headlights I’ve looked out. Probably because it has a cooling fan rather than a heat sink. Yes, you can hear the fan if the hood is open and you’re within 12 inches. Inside the car you can’t hear the fans. The instructions are rudimentary. The headlight that showed up was actually more advanced than what was illustrated in the ad. That is, they are now adjustable if you have an alignment problem and there is a small Allen wrench included. I did not need to align at all. However, the two gotchyas on my install were 1) polarity of plug- yes you can plug them in wrong, it does not appear to ruin them, just won’t light up2) when turning them into the car socket, there is a possibility of being 90 degrees off as you screw them in. It’ll be obvious when you turn them on. I had to redo one. No big deal. They are very white. It me a few days to get used to them after using the original halogens. You don’t realize how far you can see now. However, it’s just one bulb. My other car has 3 led headlights per side. That’s really bright.

Update to my previous review after dealing with customer service. The company included a small card in the box saying they have a “free gift” for customers when they register for the 2 year warranty. The gift only applies if you give them 5 stars however. I gave an honest 4 star review and was told it wasnt high enough. A company like this will not get my business going forward. My original unbiased review is below. These lights are very bright. I installed them on my 2010 kia forte and after 8 months they are still clear and powerfully bright. The price had me a little hesitant but these are worth it.One caveat I would say is that they are definitely not plug and play for h11b lights. You will need to buy an adapter pig tail and wire it to the wires that power the plug for the light bulb to turn into in the headlamp assembly. A multimeter, wire crimped and cutters and butt connectors with shrink wrap and you will be good to tie in the pigtail adapter. Again this is for h11b setup not h11.

Many years ago I had a Mercedes-Benz that had Xenon HID (High Intensity Discharge) headlights – they were awesome! Those used thousands of volts to operate. Replacing my low beam 2015 Toyota Sienna with these LED light bulbs, gave me the same sense of driving that Mercedes! In fact, even better, I bought another set for the fog lights. In other words, my Sienna now has two sets of these LED bulbs.I can’t verify if they give 3 times as much light or not as I would need special equipment to measure that, but for sure they are very bright.Pros:1) Very nice white color and definitely beautiful!2) Very easy to install and fits the original plug.3) Very easy to align the bulb angle (adjusting the locking ring).4) Very reasonably priced.Cons:1) It has a mechanical fan. By definition, any mechanical thing breaks faster than non-mechanical. I worry if the fan stops working killing the light bulb.2) The driver is not part of the light bulb, which you would need to find something to tie it to.3) The white cable ties that came in the box looked flimsy. Usually, inside the engine compartment cable ties are black and hardy (I used my own black cable ties).Other thoughts:My car has DRL (Daytime Running Lights) feature. It uses the high beam light bulbs for that by driving them with two different voltages. I would love for Fahren to create LED lights with two different intensity for me to replace my high beam light bulbs too.

So I had been buying these really pricey head lights directly from my local Toyota dealership and they would last for about a 1 yr or so maybe longer then one would burn out then a month later the other.I got to looking & stumbled across these. Based off of what purchasers where saying they sounded good so I thought I’d give them a try. Well I am glad I did because they match & or exceed the led brightness being clear ultra bright not blue. They work so well I get flashed occasionally. But hey having night blindness and living out in the national forest area it is really important to see deer or people walking along the dark non lit road at night.I purposely waited to right this review to ensure that I am giving an accurate review. Now that being said having installed them by myself wearing rubber gloves, these have far exceeded my expectation’s & I would definitely recommend them & purchase them again. They are priced right and worth the price.

I’ve had these LED headlights installed for more than 18 months and they haven’t failed through the heat of a southeastern summer or two winters. They are brighter than standard halogen with a better beam pattern in my projector low beams. The attached photos speak for themselves. Exposure and white balance are the same in both photos so you can see a true example (not a Photoshop mock-up) of a warm color halogen and these cool color LEDs.The only drawback I find is that brown and yellow colors like wildlife and that double yellow line are not as vibrant which may make it more difficult to see deer out other wildlife in and around the roadway. Not sure if that is just an effect of the color temperature or if these LEDs have a rather low CRI.
