The piece was easy to assemble. I read the reviews and knew not to tighten the bolts until all of them were in each piece. The cushion cover box came one week later but the reviewers all said that would happen. It is such a nice couch. and table. The price was great (I’ve been shopping around.). The throw pillows in the photo are from Michaels.

Just put this together….very easy, but I suggest using your own tools, a socket wrench and t-handle allen wrench. took me about 2 hours total for all the pieces. Finished product looks great and is really sturdy….even for a 230 pound guy like me. Like that seat back cushions can be tied so they stay in place. For this quality of product and for this price….it’s a steal….I couldn’t be happier.

Just received the set a few days ago, so far so good. Time will tell re quality but really like the way it looks. Delivery was faster than estimated, though it took 2 separate days to get the full set. Emailed the seller to inquire and received a prompt satisfactory response. Some folks here claim it takes an hour and half to assemble but it took my wife and I 2.5 hours. If you enjoy screwing in bolts, go for it, but otherwise consider paying for assembly (this was not a hard assembly just tedious, especially if done outside in crazy humid weather).

This set is comparable to the more expensive furniture for three to four times the cost. You can always spend more money on something nicer. The cushions are comfortable, and the furniture is sturdy. We saw the same set but the wicker was not as sturdy for $1399 at a home goods store. This is nice.

The pillows offer little to no support, so you immediately feel the back of the chair when sitting down. The fastening system is incredibly difficult when trying to put the entire piece together, and the pieces are prone to break.

Love this set, I like that the cushions has strips on the back to tie to the sofa and also has Velcro for the cushions. Is a big set, only thing is the foam inside the cushions looks a little bit cheap and is Not water proof is just water resistant, but I wrapped in plastic bags and sealed with tape to make it more resistant to the weather. Other than that looks very nice, beautiful color and feels very sturdy.

I would have given this review 5 stars if putting together did not deem to be so difficult. We were prepared and we are pretty savvy. But one seat piece was not labeled. And after putting 98% together we realized one piece was labeled incorrectly. We had to take half the set apart to put Humpty back together again correctly.Advice: Mock put all your piece together before you start. Make sure everything lines up with the correct holes.Use a screwdriver even though it says not toStart with the corner work your way outWhen all said and done, the set is beautiful, well made and worth every penny. I love it on my screened in porch. The seats are deep which is nice and the table looks great and comes with a tempered glass top.

Researched a lot of rattan sets. This was the only set I could find that had velcro (at the back and on one side) of the cushions, had the adjusting feet that where not aluminum but brown and so are not as noticeable (my preference), had ties to secure the back cushions, came with clips to secure arrangement together and the tempered glass table was recessed which again was my preference. Other sets at lower and higher prices had one or two but not all of those items. Would have been nice if a cover was included, but that is easy to purchase. Also, this has a 26″ back rather than 24″ so little better for sitting but still may need an accent pillow for some taller people where it will hit their back awkwardly. Two people are necessary to set up when putting the corners together- but otherwise it is fairly easy to assemble – just working with an Allen wrench is trying at times Follow the directions – DO NOT tighten things down until all screws are in place. The nuts, bolts and tools and directions came in a pouch which was nice as nothing was spilled all over the box and for storage of extra screws and bolts (which it does come with) is nice. All holes drilled and lined up – some threading was a little tight but perseverance and they all screwed down well. Seat pads are the 4″ and are comfortable – A little tricky to get the ties for the pillows through on the corners – but a safety pin, paper clip and pliers did the job. This is a solid mid range product that will go against the 1K+ sets for comfort. Have only had it a week and will see how the fabric and rattan hold up. We are in California (just went through the blazing heat) and our patio gets morning to mid afternoon sun. Delivery was fast – this ships out of a US warehouse – came in three packages on two separate days (there was an extra day for some reason. UPS did not deliver the second day even though it was in town.So far we are very happy with the product and look to get some good use of the seating. Initially it is exactly what I was hoping it would be.

I love the parts that I have received, but the box with the corner seats has been sitting in Buffalo, NY for over a week. I know this issue isn’t the sellers fault, but it’s very disappointing. And one thing i like it the back cushion have a string which you can tie it on the back and it will not fall and also the seat cushion have velco. I like the visual rather than reading the instructions.The seats are wide enough to sit properly but the cushions could be a little thicker for a much better support. We are very happy with this furniture! The quality seems very good. Cushions are firm and comfortable. We were able to assemble it in a few hours. The little bags with items needed were really helpful and there were extra parts in all of them. After getting them out on the patio it started to rain (of course) and that continued for 3 days however rain beaded and puddled and as soon as the rain stopped we were able to wipe off and sit on dry furniture! I cannot speak to customer service quality as we did not need them! That was wonderful. Highly recommend this patio set.

Many of these outdoor furniture sets appear to be the same so there’s noting “special” here. However the chairs really do have a higher back and the cushions measure up to what the seller claims. Everything was packaged very well. Nothing was damaged. The pieces look great and it’s all as-advertised. I gave 5 stars not just because we’re happy with the product but also because the seller took care of issues promptly and professionally. One of the coffee tables was “off-center” and not balanced – the seller responded to our communication within a day and sent a replacement, not asking for the original back. We cannot comment on the durability as we have only had it for a month or so. However we would highly recommend.

I was excited but nervous to put this together. It all comes in 2 large boxes labeled A & B and one smaller box labeled C. It’s like a jigsaw puzzle how they have it all in the boxes & I checked everything off the list & arranged everything according to the easy labeling. From there, ALL the screw bags are labeled for each part you are putting together (and each bag has 1 extra screw just in case). The manufacturer really did an AMAZING job of packaging & labeling to make this easy to assemble AND super sturdy & square (not wobbly at all). I did this project in about 1.5-2 hours with my 84 year old grandparents helping me. While we chased my 1 year old around! The cushions are quite flat & cheap feeling – but this outdoor furniture is exactly what I wanted & the price was right! I’m so happy about my purchase & how easy it was to put together!! I highly recommend this!

The pros are that it’s comfortable, it’s functional, and it looks great. There is Velcro under the seat cushions, ties on the seat backs, and the seat back is high enough.The cons, the seats are not waterproof or water resistant. We live in Southern California, and our 2 slight summer rains left our couch waterlogged.We have now purchased a Classic Accessories waterproof couch cover from AmazonI do plan to purchase new cushion covers from classic accessories soon. Then it will be great.

This is very very lightweight. Winds of 40 mph flipped some of the seats over (just to give you an idea of how light they are). Cushions are very thin and overall the seats are too narrow. If you just need a seating area to “do the job” then this might be ideal but if you’re looking for comfort, I wouldn’t recommend this.

Highly recommend this patio furniture set especially with the teal cushions. We have the seating area as three pieces then the table. Would recommend scotch guarding the cushions or be sure to put them away if you know it’s going to rain. One cushion had water pouring on it during a storm and has a big round water stain but it will probably fade. Love this patio set!

The set actually arrived sooner than expected. I would have given five stars for sturdiness BUT the cushions are not durable. The straps/ties for the cushions began to fray and pull away from the seams within a few months the cushions also fade in very minimal direct sunlight. The actual base itself is extremely sturdy – we were pleasantly surprised with the exception of the cushions.

Easy to assemble although it takes a bit of time. Before you start make sure all wicker is away from the holes. If it’s covering the hole even a little it will give you problems during assembly.Mine has been on a covered porch but got rained on during a downpour and the water wiped right off keeping the cushions dry.For the money it’s exactly what I expected.

Took some time to assemble , some cushions had black smudges on them when we took them from the box. Noticed the cushions are getting flat in the seats we sit at more often . We have had the set for about a month so not too happy about the prospect of buying new cushions so soon. Overall the set is good and ver versatile , the cushions are not super thick so you can feel the seat frame . The product arrived in 3 boxes, directions seemed pretty easy. Definitely recommend a drill with hex bit attachment to facilitate and speed up assembly. Took me around 2-3 hrs to unpack the boxes and assemble. Everything was going great until the final piece of the sofa, which was our corner of the L sectional. Unfortunately, somehow one of the pieces was mis-labeled and the corner couldn’t be assembled properly (holes weren’t where they were supposed to be). We reached out to the seller via Amazon messaging and Elsa, the CS rep, with little questioning, addressed the issue and sent out brand new parts that arrived within 4 days. We were super happy with her prompt communication, problem solving and that they remedied the issue very quickly. Very happy overall! Thanks!

Great set for the price. The instructions were not the best, however it’s pretty easy to figure out and took me about 4 hours by myself. Of course it’s not going to be as comfortable as the sets that cost 4 times a much, but for the price it’s a great! Cushions on bottom have velcro, and the back ones tie around the back so they stay put when sitting down and getting up. Clips to keep the different sections together and there are endless formations that you can use. After looking at so many patio sets, I’m glad I purchased this one.

The Cushions on this set are cheap and uncomfortable. The seating does not measure the 4″ quoted. The back cushions are sloppy and do not support your back at all (see picture). I paid Amazon $125 to assemble it. After It was assembled, I did not like it, so I contacted the manufacturer, who refused to reply to my request for a discount to purchase my own Cushions. When I contacted Amazon and explained that I could not return it to UPS, because it was assembled on my lawn, and I would have to take it apart and somehow bring these heavy boxes to the UPS store; therefore, I only wanted compensation to buy GOOD cushions. The customer service rep said “don’t worry”, “we would not expect you to” and he would follow a claim under Amazon’s A -Z Warranty. As soon as I hung up the phone, they emailed me a return authorization, instructing me to bring the furniture to the UPS store! I made at least 6 more calls to AMAZON explaining the mistake made by them and I was told once again ” don’t worry” we will re-file it as a request for a partial refund. After two weeks I received a “APPEAL DENIED” email because I did not return the furniture! !! DO NOT BUY THIS FURNITURE and DO NOT THINK AMAZON’S A – Z WARRANTY WILL PROTECT YOU. NOT ONLY WAS I SOLD AN INFERIOR PRODUCT, BUT I WAS ALSO GIVEN NO PROTECTION FORM AMAZON AS A BACK UP. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED ALL AROUND !!!

My picture is a double set! This is a great set for the money and we needed a lot of pieces, so we bought 2. There are a fair amount of bolts (Alan wrench) and nuts, but everything lined up perfectly and was easy to put together. Directions were fine. Each section has 3 pieces that are put together.

Overall great set. Chairs are large enough, doesn’t feel like a doll house set like some can. Width and height is good. The rattan look is great. Cushions are think enough to provide comfort. The ability to configure one of chairs as a corner or armless chair is a neat function. The ties and velcro are nice. Table is small and my set didn’t totally line up for the 3rd chair, so that chair is wobbly. No words in the directions,so not the clearest. There are some random holes and extra pieces that worry me. It’s not the sturdiest set but better built than others in price range.

This works perfect for our sectional outdoor sofa. What I love about this is that it is roomy enough to place extra outdoor cushions in! This protects from the sun, water, and all of the dirt and dust! Really well made! This cover has the clasps to go around the feet, cinch ties for the sides, as well as wind vents. This should really hold up well.

I bought the dark blue because I don’t want to see dirt all the time, and I love the color!! The set is comfortable and beautifull the material of the set is good, and it is very sturdy! The cusions and pillows are not water resistant (Rainy day), but that is something I was aware of, it is an outside furniture, I am planning to have a sun shade over it to help with sun and water a little bit. The installation was not bad, it does not took us so long except for a misleading tag on the right arm and the corner piece on the last step, the manufacture mistake the tags with code and we took extra time to figure it out. But beside that, it is a great set i am in love with it! Even my family wants to get one! For me, the only thing that i see a little bit expensive was the shipping charge, it make the total price to come up. If you are planning to buy one, this set is deffinetly a great one to enjoy!!! After looking at many (many!) outdoor furniture sets online, I finally decided to take a chance on this set (brown bases with beige cushions) for a couple of reasons:1- They sat higher off the ground and had higher backs than everything else I was seeing in this price range.2 – The seat cushions were described as being about 4 inches thick (I believe) which was a bit thicker than other sets3 – The seat cushions velcro to the chairs so they don’t slide around and the back cushions have ties so they don’t fall down4 – The set came with clips to hold the pieces together (if you choose to use them) so no need to buy them separately.I placed my order and crossed my fingers. The order wasn’t supposed to arrive for about 10-14 days, but to my surprise, all three boxes showed up within about 5 days (one box arrived one day followed by the other two the next day. I had read previous reviews, so I was expecting this and wasn’t surprised).Unfortunately, when I opened the first box, I knew immediately there was an issue. The box contained the parts for 2 armless chairs in gray and aqua. The other two boxes had the correct brown/beige pieces. Oh no…. had I made a huge mistake?!I immediately emailed the seller (this was on a Saturday) and by late that evening, they had replied asking me for some more info. Specifically, they wanted me to take some photos of the outside of the box in question and the Fed Ex label. They explained that they needed the info in order to determine how this could have happened. I emailed the requested photos on Sunday morning and again the seller replied back by that evening. They apologized profusely and send they would contact the warehouse and have the correct box sent out ASAP. (Basically, what happened was that a small sticker saying “brown” had been placed over the printed description of “grey” on 2 of the sides of the box so I suspect the person grabbing it at the warehouse just selected the wrong box by accident…. things happen). By the next day, which was Memorial Day, I had a 3rd email from the seller letting me know the tracking number of the new box and also letting me know that they noticed it hadn’t yet been picked up by FedEx, but that they would keep an eye on things and if I didn’t see any movement with the package in a day or two, to let them know (again, with it being a holiday weekend, the delay was understandable).Well, the correct Box A arrived just a couple of days later. I now had all three correct boxes and even with the issue, everything arrived before I was expecting it initially. So far, so good. Now to put it together….Everything was labeled clearly. I was particularly impressed that each box had a clearly marked, very bright green cotton bag containing all of the necessary screws, nuts, feet, etc for the items in that particular box. Once we got the hang of the first piece, all of the pieces went together pretty quickly. I think it took 2 of us about 2 hours total, but we were taking our time. The bags for one of the boxes (I think it was Box C) even had extras of each type of item and in another box (Box A, I think) was a small bag with some extra caning in case any repairs were needed (so far, we haven’t needed to use this).The set is exactly as described. The chairs and table seem sturdy and the cushions are nice for furniture at this price point. The set looks great on our back porch and is comfy!!! As an added bonus, the seller said we could go ahead and keep the incorrect Box A as a way to make up for any inconvenience the initial issued caused. While 2 chairs in a totally different color won’t work on our back porch, they will go nicely on our little side porch. I very much appreciated not having to deal with the hassle of trying to return this large, heavy box to a UPS store. Although my back porch is screened and covered, I plan to still keep a cover on the furniture when not in use. I’m hoping this will help it to last for 2-3 years at least. Overall, I am very pleased with both the furniture and with the customer service I received from Elsa with the Seller (Duke Group).

The seats have slight indentation which collects water when it rains or if sprinkler reaches it. If your are not diligent about removing water from top of the seats then it will grow mold quickly

It has exceeded my expectation. This whole thing was fit in 2 boxes (+a baby box containing cushion covers). I will be happy if it gives me 2-3 years. The only thing I would like to mention that the supplier did not mention clearly as to many packages they will be shipping. I had to constantly follow up (although they are very responsive). Please expect 2 boxes and one small box to arrive on two different days (apart 2-3 days). At first you will not figure out that you have received everything because the boxes look small for this huge item. In my case it was delivered by FedEx. One more thing…. be prepared to spend 2-3 hours to put this together. I would recommend to have your own tools (no power tools please) and use good gloves. Thank you,

I got two left sides when one was labeled right side.I contacted the seller right away. Within a day or two they responded that a replacement part was in the mail. A week goes by, no replacement part. A week later the same thing. A swift email response, a reassurance that the part was days away, and no replacement part. It’s now been a month.I’m giving up. And I have a $600 patio set with one arm but not the other. Buyer beware. Only order if you’re handy and can use a drill to make a left side a right side – or whatever mistake they make on your set. Ad hoc assembly is required as the seller is responsive in word, not deed.

I believe this was more a FedEx issue than the seller and Covid certainly did not help. You are going to spend an hour+ assembling. Instructions are included and could use a bit more description but it is not rocket science.Overall, we are very impressed with this furniture set. Here are the positives -1. Ability to level with adjustable feet.2. Ties for the back cushions to secure to sofa/chair3. Velcro on seat and cushions to keep in place.4. Some may not like this but the seat cushions are firm. We like it but I could see some thinking a little more padding would be more comfortable.5. We left the cushions on and it rained. We went out about an hour after the rain stopped and it was dry.I read all the reviews – someone said their set blew away. I guess that could happen in very heavy winds but this stuff has weight to it in our opinion.Is there better, higher quality furniture out there – of course. With that, also comes a higher price point. We will see how this holds up over the next few winters before we truly know the extent of the quality. I just wanted to let buyers know that this is the BLUE set that is actually like a Tiffany blue or teal color. Not light blue. While assembly does take some time, everything fit together perfectly and once the first piece was assembled, the others went much faster. Seat cushions are thick and supportive, the back cushions have a tie around the back to help hold them in place. The seat height being higher than many other comparable sets is a bonus as are the curved backs. Overall this is a great set.

Really like the product overall, easy to put together! The only downside and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the pillows you lean back against are very thin. You can feel the back of the couch through the pillows. The pictures feel misleading in that they look thick but in reality are not. An easy fix though is to buy standard size bed pillows that are flat and add them inside. This really makes them thick and comfy.

I’ve had this for about a month. Only used it about 3 times but here is what I can say so far. For the amount that was spent and the number of seating, I am satisfied. It wasnt hard to out together just a little time consuming do to the little allen wrench that has to be used. Even when switching to one of my own, still a little annoying.After putting it together mine wobbled a little which I was able to correct with a furniture pads. I didn’t like that one of the zipper seams shows. You would think they would make it so you cannot see that. I also do not think the cushions will hold up for too long based on the materials used for them.The biggest problem you will have is with shipping and recieving. I live in FL this was coming from GA. I think it took 7-10 days before they even shipped it. Tried to blame it on COVID and the mail service. Once I did recieve it, of course I only received 2 boxes. On one of the boxes it said “when you receive the wrong box or missing pieces….” as if they knew they would mess up and they did.When I got the third box it was an umbrella (which did not order) and not my other two chairs. Customer service was very responsive. However, they wanted to to drop the box off at fed ex instead of them coming to get it. That annoyed me because it was my time and money goes their screw up.Over if you can deal with the annoying stuff. I feel like for the money you will be ok with it.

Set came quickly and was not difficult to assemble (just tedious). All holes lined up & fit just fine and they gave extra hardware. The main issue is the cushions which are on the thin side, but ok, no problem. The first rain I hadn’t these cushions got SUPER drenched and wet. They WILL NOT DRY just sitting on the frames. You must take them off and place them in a vertical position and let dry, which took TWO DAYS! I did buy a cover but sometimes the rain is unpredictable. If you look inside the cushion, you can see the batting with no wrapping or cover over it (like if you took a cushion off your couch and left it in the rain). The fabric itself is moisture repelling, but that does not keep water out of the cushion pad. I may have to take each cushion out and try wrapping in plastic or something. All my other patio cushions take a few hours and they get dry. These are definitely different, especially for cushions so thin. Set looks good, but beware of the cushions.

Finally got our set all put together and we love it! Great quality for the awesome price. Cushion color is gorgeous and padding is great. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of delivery/slight communication issues with the seller. 1 of the boxes did not have the instructions or parts to put the chairs together with. Two additional shipments later, I finally received all the pieces I asked for. Customer service was very nice throughout all of our emails. One other thing I would have liked is if all 3 tracking numbers were given up front. The tracking number given on Amazon was for the first box only. You have to reach out to the seller for the additional tracking numbers for the 2 other boxes (they both came 4 days after the first box so I was concerned that my boxes got lost in the mail). Overall, we absolutely love it!

Overall like the set a lot. We have ~10’x10′ deck and I wanted something I could lay down on comfortably (instead of just chairs) and this is working out great and fits well. Cushions are pretty comfortable and the back height is good. I spent like 2 weeks trying to find a sectional set that had a back height higher than 12″ and I’m glad I did. Any lower and it would be uncomfortably digging into my back.Solo assembly took a couple hours, pretty standard. Needed a second person to lift pieces when I attached them together w/ the clips.Biggest qualm is the clips to connect the pieces break easily, hence 4*. There are like 20 packs for sale for like $12 so it’s not too big of an issue, but just trying to slide the unit as a whole broke 2 of them. The set did come with a couple extra but those broke, too.Advise to put in shade as the frame/wicker style material gets really hot in the sun (Michigan, ~75-85°F), so we got an umbrella to cover most of the area. Also the frame shocks easily (even when your hand is in contact as you stand up), but that’s not a fault of the product, just a fact of the materials.
