It was actually good for a first few times. Then the blade started getting stuck.it would loosen up if I rotated it manually a few times. Cut my hand once trying to get it loose. My mistake. But it should not get stuck in the first place. After using it may be 10 times, it just got stuck permanently. Could not get the blade to rotate at all. Gave up on it. Bad quality product.

I thought to myself “Can an inexpensive coffee grinder like this one do the job?”…Yes, it can.None of the fancy bells and whistles of the bigger, more expensive machines…This little grinder does exactly what I need, grinds my beans in a simple, no drama way.Inexpensive, easy to clean, a touch loud…No big deal, it’s on for twenty seconds or so…This small grinder does a solid job of preparing my beans for my Hairo drip. Works for me, it will work for you.

Great bean chopper, but not for espresso. It’s a standard drip coffee bean chopper. Works great for morning drip coffee maker…. It’s not a professional barista grinder, but it’s a great ‘coffee grinder’ for drip coffee.

Trusted this brand more than lots of the others available in this price range. But deeply disappointed when, 3 months after purchase, with maybe only 3 or 4 bags of coffee having been ground, it just stopped working. The engine makes a sound but the blade stopped turning. It wasn’t overfilled, didn’t give any sign of any issues at the end of the last grind. Very disappointing.

My Krups coffee maker actually predates Amazon selling anything other than books. After 16 years, it finally kicked the bucket this morning. Technically it’s not actually dead, but I can’t turn the grinding off, so best to get rid of it.Some tips on use, use the grinding in short bursts, shaking a little between each pulse, this helps you get more even grinding. I only used this for coffee, so to clean, I used a warm, damp, paper towel to clean the inside and washed the lid as normal. If you want something that’s going to last, this is a great grinder.

Excellent product. I’ve had this model for over four years and use it every day to grind flax or chia seeds. It can be a bit tricky to remove the ground seeds but the quality of the end product is fantastic. I highly recommend this grinder.

I owned this Krups grinder for many years and liked it. Apparently, I wound the power cord too tight each day when I put it away, and eventually the wire severed inside. I repaired the cord several times until I decided after years of use I’d buy a new one. I was pleased to find the same model still available. Great grinder, works fine (does it really matter how loud it is?). My only complaint is that my new one came with a 24″ cord, about a foot shorter than the previous one.

The Krups is the standard that most people have. Works well, solid build, safety feature, small and convenient. The only minor gripe is that it does leave several beans unground every grind session and it is a smaller grinder, so you have to use it a lot. Definitely good to have one and perhaps a bigger one if you want to grind larger quantities.

This works perfectly but just doesn’t last very long before the motor dies. I’ve bought 2 of these and neither one lasted more than 2 years. I suppose that was fair when it only cost about $14 but I’m not sure it’s worth the trouble for $24. I’ll be looking for something with a little more longevity.

This is my third grinder. I find they last about 10 years. 20 years ago I started grinding my own beans. They are fresher that way. The Krupps grinder is easy, excellent in quality, and a good value.

I spent tons of money on coffee grinders from hundreds of dollars to finally this Krupps, a grinder I used in the 1980s when I was first on my own. I’m glad I got it again. My mistake was buying one too small for one person when I like to grind my beans then store them in an airtight container. Now I need to refill every cup about 10x.

The coffee Grinder was not at all working. The blade was not spinning first of all when we power on. Out of all other transactions with Amazon, return policy was very rude with this company. I have to ping them so many times to make respond. For return, we need to take care of shipping cost, No drop off at Amazon locker, Kohl’s or whole foods is allowed for this. Very very weird. Better get it from some other company instead of KRUPS. Worst dealing . Highly disappointed . Seeing all the positive reviews made me fool with this defective item and unfair return policy.

It grinds great. It is small and mobile so if you need a grinder for traveling, this would be great. I also like how you can tap the grind button and get a quick grind. You can hold the button down but I would recommend tapping it in like 2-3 second intervals. Also, Sometimes tap it. You can try to grind to the level you want for strength. The only problem I have is how many times I have to use this to fill my coffee can from 1 big bag of coffee. However, I kept it 5 stars because it was a great price.

The unit has been in service for over 5 years and just jeeps on working with nuts, seed, and herbs. With items like chia seeds or pumpkin seeds the ground material bogs the blades down, and it is necessary to stop the unit and clean it.The objectional part is that the unit is harder than need be to disassemble to due the plastic top’s meshing with the plastic base. Also overthe years due to this problem, the top has developed numerous cracks. The unit will soon be replaced since its performance level has topped the performance level of the units on the site judging by reviews.I do recommend this unit as its lifetime has exceeded that of any other similiar units I have owned.

I have used this grinder for about 20 seconds a day for 2 weeks. This one is very typical for this type of grinder. Like every impeller blade grinder I have owned, it is noisy and so so to clean. I expect it will last about a year, like they usually do.

I last bought a Krups coffee grinder in 1987. It finally gave out from my new coffee routine developed during Covid. When I ordered a new one, I was suspicious it wouldn’t be as good. This one is sleek, a bit quieter, and does exactly what I want it to do.

After about four years of daily use, three of the four plastic latch fingers that hold base to body broke and fell off, and the grinder would no longer run because the push-to-run switch rod from the top couldn’t engage the actual switch, which is in the base. I had been finding broken-off fingers, but could not connect the dots until today. So I’ll be looking for a new grinder. The now failed unit replaced the same model of Krups grinder that lasted at least twenty years, more likely thirty years. In that older model, the base was held to the body by two steel screws; this never failed.

Tiny amount ground at a time. May work fine if you want to grind a couple separate times every single day for coffee. Spills when try to pour it into container and just a pain. Use your bullet grinder as it works faster, better, and will grind 5 times the amount.

I barely used it and it stopped working in 6 months. Unlike Hamilton beach brand which has a removable basket, you have to unplug and put the whole unit under tap water to rinse. It is very noisy as well. Don’t waste your money on this cheap junk made without pride in craftsmanship.

I’ve actually had to buy this 3 times. The first time was wonderful, but then my relatives accidentally destroyed it by plugging it in without an adapter while we were traveling internationally. The second one was also great, but I melted the plug when it fell into the stove, and the third one is still doing well! The no-quite-circular design is wonderful for the physics of grinding and to get a firm grip. Also easy to clean. I do the salt method then a damp paper towel, since I use it for spices, not coffee.

This blade grinder has more room for coffee beans than other blade grinders. It’s oblong shape makes pouring out the ground beans easy (not messy). Cleaning the top is very easy, but cleaning out the inside of the base is not convenient. It’s louder than my previous grinders, but grinding coffee beans is never a quiet thing. Wake up and hear the coffee

Purchased this based on great reviews, It arrived the day before I left for vacation, I had no need for it when I returned so I didn’t open it till today, about five weeks after it arrived. It does not turn on at all – its clearly defective and I can’t return it because the return period expired 5 days ago. What a waste of money, I’ll have to replace it but I definitely will not buy this brand again.

I bought this grinder to replace an identical one. Although it grinds coffee beans quite well, I’ll be using it only for making garlic or onion powder. The only negative I really have with it is that you can’t easily wash the bowl so it won’t work for coffee AND garlic.

When my first Krups Coffee Grinder began to slow down after many years, I ordered the same model again. This grinder is even better than the first…quieter and takes just seconds to grind to a perfect consistency. It’s compact size makes it perfect to keep out on the countertop.

Perfect replacement for my 22 year old Krupps grinder that is still going, but is now being used for spices. I measured the cord and compared it to my old one and it is only 1.5″ shorter. The cord length works for me so no complaints there. Works just like the old one which is what I was wanting.

I keep two of these grinders at home since they work fantastic at grinding coffee or spices. I use one for coffee and the other for spices. I bought this grinder over 6 years ago, and it’s been an amazing work horse. I use it for flax seed, millet seed, oats, mustard seed, chia seeds, you name it! I use it for entire recipes when baking, just by grinding in 1/2 cup batches. It’s powerful and grinds in seconds, so it takes no time at all. I’m getting a second one to use one for mild ingredients and the other for more spicy ingredients, since I only wipe it out to clean it. It seems the price has doubled here on Amazon since I bought mine, but it’s still available at the same lower prices elsewhere.

I bought this one for my daughter. I have been using this grinder for probably at least 3 years now and always works just fine. For the money this is all you need. To clean I rinse the cap out with hot water and dry with paper towel. Then I take that same paper towel and wipe out the base. I would not use water on the base as that could get inside and short out the motor. Mine cleans up just fine with the damp paper towel.

Works well as a spice grinder. I did grind coffee once and it worked fairly well. You will find coffee snobs saying you need a burr grinder to get a consistent grind and they are right as the grind out of this will be much more rough (various particle sizes), but in a drip coffee maker I doubt you would notice. If you are using better beans and a french press go for the burr grinder, set it for your grind size and forget it. It is easy to clean

I love this grinder. This is my 3rd one in decades. It is a grinder, so yes it makes noise but it is a soft pitch sound like a small drill. You only use it for a few seconds. It is a powerful little grinder. It is used in our family for coffee beans, but I do have one that is used for grinding dried herbs and it is wonderful for that as well. 🙂 I ordered another for emergency power outages during hurricanes thinking that the 200watts would be of easy use for my 600watt power station, but it is a 120v and my power station is a 110 v. 🙁 I am waiting to hear from the power station company but i do not know if I can use it now as was intended. Nevertheless, we now have an extra grinder on hand ahead of time for when we burn out the current one. It gets used DAILY for years now, I am happy to report. 🙂 So it is only a matter of time.

I wish the ground coffee was in a container that I could remove from the unit to put in the coffee maker. Now I could turn the whole thing upside down so that it collects in the lid, but I actually found that messy. As it is, I have to unplug the unit and pour the coffee in from the unit itself. It is just as well since the trigger for the blades is in a place where I could accidently set it going if I touched it. Unplugging it make is save, just awkward. I have also found that if I don’t press securely down on the lid to start it going, it trips my ground fault outlet so that I need to reset the outlet. On the other hand it is faster than any I have had before.

We purchased the first Krups F203 grinder which lasted about 1 1/2 years until the cutter shaft locked up and wouldn’t turn. We liked it while it worked, took a risk and purchased another one. It also lasted about 1 1/2 years until the shaft locked up. I spoke with Krups customer service who didn’t care about the customer at all. He said it was out of warranty and wouldn’t do anything. I said I would purchase from a competitor and he didn’t care about that either.

The plastic cap which covers the metal tray is supposed to activate the processor via a tab which hits a switch when the cap is pressed down. The tab is a flimsy piece of plastic which simply doesn’t hit the activate button. This problem did not exist on a much older F203 grinder which I bought 20 years ago. The cap was poorly redesigned rendering the grinder useless.

Crash Test Dummy –
The Krups is the standard that most people have. Works well, solid build, safety feature, small and convenient. The only minor gripe is that it does leave several beans unground every grind session and it is a smaller grinder, so you have to use it a lot. Definitely good to have one and perhaps a bigger one if you want to grind larger quantities.
Shakil I. Hafiz –

Rasi –
The coffee Grinder was not at all working. The blade was not spinning first of all when we power on. Out of all other transactions with Amazon, return policy was very rude with this company. I have to ping them so many times to make respond. For return, we need to take care of shipping cost, No drop off at Amazon locker, Kohl’s or whole foods is allowed for this. Very very weird. Better get it from some other company instead of KRUPS. Worst dealing . Highly disappointed . Seeing all the positive reviews made me fool with this defective item and unfair return policy.
Gary Smith –
does just what I wanted
Candida P. –
Awesome!
Tammy Jacobson –
Its easy to clean and grinds the smallest spices. I use it to grind exotic dried hot peppers into a fine powder.
David B. –
Rearden Steele –

Excellent
Jacqueline R. Skahill –
Used for coffee. Beans. Am going to try spices.
ocotillo –
I have used this grinder for about 20 seconds a day for 2 weeks. This one is very typical for this type of grinder. Like every impeller blade grinder I have owned, it is noisy and so so to clean. I expect it will last about a year, like they usually do.
Matt Brock –
This is super easy to operate and grind coffee beans, but it’s very hard to clean. There is no tray or anything you can pull out to wash in the dishwasher or hand wash.
Josephine kayode –
Pls manufacture, if you are reading this, I bought this because someone introduced it to me, since I received this item I have not had the chance to use it, today march 5th was my first time to use it. I plugged it and it work, I was so disappointed, I know my window for return is closed, but if there’s anything you can do to help me I would be very glad. Thanks

The motor failed after about two years.

I last bought a Krups coffee grinder in 1987. It finally gave out from my new coffee routine developed during Covid. When I ordered a new one, I was suspicious it wouldn’t be as good. This one is sleek, a bit quieter, and does exactly what I want it to do.
John –
Great coffee grinder.Almost makes the coffee taste better.Works as anticipated, arrived super quick.Very good transaction.
Caryl J Moulder –
Replacement grinder. First bought in 1991
gene golfus –
i needed a new one,, and this works fine
J. Gwinn –

Love this
Miriam S. Imerman –
Ordered this grinder to replace a similar model. that worked well for many years, but was beginning to show signs of wear. This one does the job as intended, and grinds with minimum muss/fuss.
Shahishta –
Used it twice and it stopped working
faride haddad –
El producto llegó safadode abajo mal empaquetado, lo acomode y conecte para probarlo y funciona, pero si parece usado.
Reel-Lentless –
Tiny amount ground at a time. May work fine if you want to grind a couple separate times every single day for coffee. Spills when try to pour it into container and just a pain. Use your bullet grinder as it works faster, better, and will grind 5 times the amount.
Cory Nishijima –
Our first one lasted from 1985 to this year, 2022. Can’t complain about reliability. As a bonus, the new one is quieter.
ParvatiGmurty –
To grind coffe and spices. In seconds because I have used it so I bought it again and easy to clean, grinds any thing the needed way and it is an excellent buy for the money
Margaret L. Been –
I grind fresh coffee beans regularly. I had very bad experiences with the larger burr grinders. This little one is perfect! We WANT our grinders to make noise. The sound and fragrance of fresh coffee is one on God’s special gifts!
bob –
I barely used it and it stopped working in 6 months. Unlike Hamilton beach brand which has a removable basket, you have to unplug and put the whole unit under tap water to rinse. It is very noisy as well. Don’t waste your money on this cheap junk made without pride in craftsmanship.
IanelaIanela –
Me llegó maltratada la caja y se ve usada la boy a regresar
A. E. –
I purchased this exact grinder 4 years ago and it still works great. Got another for my second home and it broke in a month. Using cheaper parts now? Who knows but obviously the quality has declined.
d5f5r4a1 –
I have the older version of this coffee grinder, but it looks the same. I got it 25 years ago and it’s still going strong. If/when my Krups coffee grinder needs to be replaced, I’m getting the newer model!
alyssa.kirk@tuhs.temple.edu –
I’ve had this coffee grinder for years & years, and it still works perfectly. Look no further for your coffee grinder.. this one is perfect. A little loud, but it’s grinding coffee so that’s expected. Love this product!
Wesley K. Newfarmer –
Janice Ong –
Compact, sleek, and easy to use!
RtBrown –
I like this grinder, though it is loud , every grinder i have owned has also been loud. I will purchase this product again and have purchased one for my father. Well known trusted brand.
MD –
Well made. Classic. I love my coffee grounded right before brewing and this grinder does the job. It looks and feels nice. I owned one before but accidentally broke it and I replaced it with exact same model.
Amazon Customer –
Previous Krups coffee grinder lasted over 20 yrs before this replacement was purchased. Was expecting this replacement to be of much lower quality. But to my surprise it was as heavy duty as the previous one. So far it is working fantastically.
Amazon Customer –
Quiet, works perfect!
SharrnSharrn –
This grinder is great. I’ve had mine for 2 years or so, I use it regularly, usually 2 or 3x a week. It’s been solid. It is a bit loud, That’s the only bad thing I can say.
Becky –
I have two of these works beautifully.I use one for herbs and one for coffeeI have tried others and they are loud and break quicklyThese are worth their weight in gold!
Amazon Customer –
I once accidentally got mom her favorite coffee in beans instead of ground. I got her this to make up for it
. Grandparents came over my grandma has had the same issue before and was in love with how it worked for mom. I got grandma one of her own.
Rosanne D. Mohr –
Good product but I bought the wrong one. Needed a burr grinder for espresso.Returned
Richard C. DePascale –
Theresa –
I had this grinder that I bought in the early 80’s, it just stopped working. I purchased the same one since the previous lone lasted so long. It’s a.little noisy but I am satisfied! 🙂
Holy City Bow Co –
This thing is an absolute work horse, we’ve owned it for going on 10 years and make a dozen or so pots a week, still runs like the day we took it out of the box!
Computer_Geek –
Grinds very incompletely. Looks good but the blade is inadequate for the task.
play –
how does everyone use this? makes a mess every time
John Pascale –
Purchased this based on great reviews, It arrived the day before I left for vacation, I had no need for it when I returned so I didn’t open it till today, about five weeks after it arrived. It does not turn on at all – its clearly defective and I can’t return it because the return period expired 5 days ago. What a waste of money, I’ll have to replace it but I definitely will not buy this brand again.
AmazonFanAgain –
I bought this from Home Depot. Stopped working after about 10 uses. I had a Krups coffee machine before which worked fine and was a good brand. Not this grinder. looking for another brand now
Veronica S. –
Excellent grinder, very well made product.
Mdragon –
Makes whole bean coffee easy to grind for a perfect fresh pot of coffee.
Jean Pierre –
No es tan fácil de limpiar como todos los moledores de cafe
E –
I bought a cheaper one and it was junk
Judy Heyward –
I bought this grinder to replace an identical one. Although it grinds coffee beans quite well, I’ll be using it only for making garlic or onion powder. The only negative I really have with it is that you can’t easily wash the bowl so it won’t work for coffee AND garlic.
Amazon Customer –
When my first Krups Coffee Grinder began to slow down after many years, I ordered the same model again. This grinder is even better than the first…quieter and takes just seconds to grind to a perfect consistency. It’s compact size makes it perfect to keep out on the countertop.
Josh –
Perfect replacement for my 22 year old Krupps grinder that is still going, but is now being used for spices. I measured the cord and compared it to my old one and it is only 1.5″ shorter. The cord length works for me so no complaints there. Works just like the old one which is what I was wanting.
K. Thomas –
Coffee grinder. The first one purchased finally gave out after 14 years of daily use.
Karen Cheatham –
Grinding coffee beans
Davio –
I keep two of these grinders at home since they work fantastic at grinding coffee or spices. I use one for coffee and the other for spices. I broke one and needed a replacement which is why I bought this one. The breaking of the old one is purely my fault and in no way an issue with the Krupps grinder.
Frances A. Oconnor –
works great for grinding coffee
Noni –
I bought this grinder over 6 years ago, and it’s been an amazing work horse. I use it for flax seed, millet seed, oats, mustard seed, chia seeds, you name it! I use it for entire recipes when baking, just by grinding in 1/2 cup batches. It’s powerful and grinds in seconds, so it takes no time at all. I’m getting a second one to use one for mild ingredients and the other for more spicy ingredients, since I only wipe it out to clean it. It seems the price has doubled here on Amazon since I bought mine, but it’s still available at the same lower prices elsewhere.
MS –
For coffee I prefer a ceramic burr but I didn’t want to pay that much for a spice grinder I’ll use infrequently. This one is cheap and works perfectly on small spices like anise! Easy to wipe clean.
Peter Weekes –
Grinding coffee beans.
carlos –
It last 20-30 times I used it. Someday stoped working I went online an there is a youtube explain how to fix it and I was really hard so I thought it to the garbage. Don’t buy this product
John Redmond –
I bought this one for my daughter. I have been using this grinder for probably at least 3 years now and always works just fine. For the money this is all you need. To clean I rinse the cap out with hot water and dry with paper towel. Then I take that same paper towel and wipe out the base. I would not use water on the base as that could get inside and short out the motor. Mine cleans up just fine with the damp paper towel.

Grinding fresh coffee beans nuts and other baking goods
flycreekbaker –
I use this for grinding my spices. It works great!
Sean P. Moore –
Amazon Customer –
Works easily and grinds very well.
jennifer marrero –
Love the ease of the grind..
Sharon D Minker –
🙂 So it is only a matter of time.
kaaskop –
This is a gift to someone. The reason: I have one myself and it is excellent. Cannot go wrong with Krups- have had their stuff all my life
Amazon Customer –
Works like a charm
Judith –
I put this grinder to immediate use and was pleased with its efficient and ease of application.
DottieDear –
Madeline Saxe –
Breaks easily!
Miya –
We purchased the first Krups F203 grinder which lasted about 1 1/2 years until the cutter shaft locked up and wouldn’t turn. We liked it while it worked, took a risk and purchased another one. It also lasted about 1 1/2 years until the shaft locked up. I spoke with Krups customer service who didn’t care about the customer at all. He said it was out of warranty and wouldn’t do anything. I said I would purchase from a competitor and he didn’t care about that either.
Dionna –
Stopped working after 3 months.
Amazon Customer –
Broke down within several uses. Company hasn’t backed up it’s warranty and puts you sloop of emails. Buy another brand.
Tim Burch –
Motor failed on first use. Would not start again after cooling down. Bought it to replace a similar Krupa grinder I used daily for over 10 yrs. Look elsewhere.
M. Umstead –
I owned one and bought another. Good reliable brand; grinds well; easy to clean. What more can you ask for?
Amazon Customer –
Small, well designed, easy touch, last a lifetime.
Jan M. Stejskal –
I got this a wedding present in 1990. I used it forever. But the blades got dull so I got a new one. My old one had great cord, but this one so short and it’s annoying. They cheap out on everything now.
Sandra Lummer –
Got 2 of same item, same order. shipped differently not together. But good quality grinder
Kim –
First one was a gift about 35 years ago! Just bought a new one because I mistakenly over filled it and worked it to hard after all these years!Great product.
Florence G –
I ended up returning this product .Everything worked well, but the high speed of the electric grind made the coffee taste burnt
john a. endres –
Easy to use, easy to clean, sharp cutting blades for our coffee. Great price, love it
Tisha M. –
I have repurchased this same grinder several times because of how well it works! We use it daily and it works well for years. Well worth the price!
Shanta Kim Heath –
This coffee maker broke and stopped grinding coffee a few weeks of use. Very upset the return window closed soon after I purchased it so I can’t send it back.
tekkie –
The plastic cap which covers the metal tray is supposed to activate the processor via a tab which hits a switch when the cap is pressed down. The tab is a flimsy piece of plastic which simply doesn’t hit the activate button. This problem did not exist on a much older F203 grinder which I bought 20 years ago. The cap was poorly redesigned rendering the grinder useless.
Burt –
I bought another brand but was disappointed. I had a Krups for about 8 years until it broke (motor and blades worked but case hit the floor and broke) so I kept the disappointing grinder as a spare and bought another Krups. So far it has failed to disappoint.
Patricia Tabachuk –
This small inexpensive grinder works great for coffee but I use it to blend spices. Works perfectly!
Kate O.Kate O. –
Exactly what I have been looking for. Best grinder ever. Buy it.
Wylie H. Nash –
Simple to use and clean lines
CCRIDER –
Made my coffee beans grind perfectly for my necessary morning coffee yummm
D. C. Morrison –
Aside from the high-pitched whining noise when its actually running, this little tool gives us perfectly ground coffee for a coffee press every morning. Great buy.
